IMO Car Wash - Caerphilly Avis 27

Purchased an ultra HD was, but Ultra HD wasn't applied due to an issue with the machine.

Great wash and service

Good quick service at a competitive price . Only disadvantage is the doors aren’t opened to clean on the edge of the interior compared to a hand car wash.

Poor clean, bird poo still on the door of the car, even after a £12 clean. Disappointed!

Really friendly staff but not a lot of attention was paid to the wash of my car. I paid for a diamond wax and no soap was put on the car in the prewash and the machine went through too quick so didn’t wash properly. I was disappointed as it’s usually really good

This is my favourite car wash.
Courteous, efficient staff, reasonable prices and a really good wash.

The pre hand was not very good my alloys never cleaned properly .Just a quick spray going through the motions. I put car through every week using either CERAMIC or HD rest of the car is cleaned ok but not satisfied with wheels.

App was slow. Wasn't sure if it had gone through or not.

Went for the most expensive option and saw no benefits over a cheaper version - marketing scam I looks like - finish was not great either so I would never return and I'd stick with hand washing

One of the foam sprays did not spray the left hand side of my car, it sprayed the window of the car wash building instead ☹️ but the rest of my car was lovely and clean.

The wash was good. Unfortunately the car in front and myself were kept waiting for a very long time for no apparent reason. The attendant finally appeared out of the office after around 10 mins, he did apologise but offered no reason for the wait. This is supposed to be a speedy service and could not reverse out due to another car joining the wait.

As a first time visitor to this car wash I wasn’t aware of the arrangements. I pre booked the Diamond Wax wash using the QR Code and presented my phone to the operator. He did not explain anything clearly to me. I could not understand a word he actually said. I was not made aware that the car actually rides free wheel through the wash so my auto brake was set to on. He actually opened my car door and barked some instruction at me to release it which quite unsettled me. I won’t be going there again!

My car was not washed as the car wash had a height restriction of 1.85 metres and my vehicle was 1.9 metres.. most other car washes I have used have a max height limit of over 2 metres.

Rip off... paid £8 for a diamond wash, the bloke sprayed the wheels and that was it , no brush wash or jet wash befor he swnt me in to the machine. When i questioned it i was told he dose not do it and muttered he didnt have time what a joke. Asked for my money back . Pay more and going to hive ne a cheap wash. Rip off.After going here for years will not be going back.

I always have good service at Caerphilly

£10 for wash & wax and still dirty it couldn't even get bird poo off the car and the front and rear windscreen are still dirty it's like the whole top of the car has been missed and only the sides have been cleaned

beware, you pay for one thing and they put you through in a lower item wash. You email IMO but never heard back.

I'll never use them again!

Visit yesterday Caerphilly south wales please please fix the car wash been OK for weeks as soon as you enter the wash the bloody thing stops then they push you in so half the car don't get washed it's a joke.
