IMO Car Wash - Cannock Avis 41

The attendant made sure the stubborn marks (dried on bird muck) were removed before I entered the car wash.
He was friendly and very polite

Pay for hd which states wheel clean and prewash which never happens just someone spray a bit of water over car for about 3 seconds and that’s it, so when been through wash wheels and lower car and rear all still dirty as hell, plus rollers always too close on sides and rip mirrors back every time,if only it was as stated it would be ok

Relatively cheap in line with most scratch and shines, the body came out relatively well however the drying process is poor the sides of the car were especially wet. Worst of all however were the wheels, significant amount of brake dust not cleaned off. Obviously the machines cannot get into the nooks and crannies. I did not expect a stella clean but nevertheless still quite a lot missed. Average at best clean however easy and not much hassle compared to other options.

System worked properly. Pre-paid ticket was an easy way to pay. Vehicle washed etc - good result.

Brilliant wash really pleased. But the attendant needs to speak to me if he wants me to do something.

Car wash itself was very good, but I do think the pre wash could have been better, a quick rub of a brush in certain areas in my opinion does not account for a pre wash. Half my windscreen was missed.

So easy to book and pay through the app on arrival the staff are always very friendly and work extremely efficiently to get cars through the wash always paying particular attention to the pre- wash procedures. I would happily recommend this IMO Car Wash to anyone.

Ceramic XTR is a scam. My car was looking like shit after the wash. Is a common drive through wash. I can boldly say Top Wash option in BP stations which is about £7 is better than £21 ceramic xtr option in IMO car wash. I need my refund for the other 3 slots which I am not going to use. I am not stepping a foot there again. Total scam, saying you will get a ceramic protection which can last about a month meal while you are just doing a normal drive through car wash

It was ok but hasn’t cleaned my car very well. The wheels weren’t very clean and neither was the roof and there were still dirty spots around the vehicle. I thought as I bought one of the higher packages it would be a better standard wash.
When I asked the man working here about it he said that it’s not going to clean it properly as it’s not a hand car wash.
It’s done an ok job but considering you can get a hand car wash done a lot better at a similar price I would probably be inclined to stick with the hand car wash from now on.

So easy to get a pack of wash vouchers and at a discount.
My local place always do a great job.

There is not wheel wash at the cannock branch and when I got home there was water marks all over the car.

Car wash out of spray, attendant unhelpful and wouldn’t act on fault

Can was still grubby when left and the car wash damages the indicator light on the door mirror
