Extremely pleasant staff who do a great pre wash. Auto wash seems to reach into all the corners and crevices of my vehicle but I guess that would be vehicle dependant.

Payment on app not working
I downloaded a payment onto the app the day before and on visiting the IMO Car Wash at ASDA Walsgrave, Coventry. On scanning the code it would not accept it and they tried twice, so I had to pay for it and now I have to wait up to a week to get my refund. It's funny how you pay for something instantly but when you are reimbursed by the company it takes up to a week. Also I have been making you aware that only one of the wheel brushes on the offside what's working and I have now noticed that you have taken them both out and there is no wheel brushes as you go through the car wash.

I love taking my car to get her washed.
My car loves me taking it there to get her washed.
If my car could talk, it would also say how polite the chaps are. My MGS5 would also say that she loves having her back washed with the brush just before she goes into the lovely machine.
So literally the bottom line is that this place is cleaning up on the competition.

Spent money for no service
I did purchase online right before getting service at 5pm on 26th Apr at location close to Holiday Inn Coventry hotel, but they refused to wash as they just cloesed at 5pm. I explained to the guy that I needed to get car wash on that day and couldn't come next day, but refused.
I don't understand why they refused or why online purchasing system allowed me to purchase where I cannot get the service.
I just purchased with no service.
