IMO Car Wash - Coventry (Tesco) Avis 18

It was Rubbish. Car left with dirt and marks... not recommended.

The site is. Visited at coventry arena the dryer at the end of the wash is held up by rope it does not move at all the car was still wet afterwards the car did not get a proper pre wash and when I am paying for the top wash I expected higher standards

Really easy to make a purchase using the app, giving you time to decide the best wash for yourself. On arrival no queue just went straight in. Pre-wash was really good and I’m really happy with the result.

The car is left with significant water on the exterior. The blower needs to be inspected. I had to park and dry it myself.

the staff weren’t helpful, it was my first time i didn’t understand and they didn’t tell me what to do and it was confusing as i just didn’t understand

Car cleaning isn’t done properly, there are areas left with dirt… those aren’t internal though

That bloody washing system is damaged.it left some serious scratches on my car. I wouldn't try this again.

Coventry Arena is my regular carwash. The guys there are really friendly, very thorough and always greet you with a smile. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

False advertisement due to signage outside car wash saying that will be given a Christmas ginger bread air freshener if having triple foam wash. Was told by staff that will be given one once finished but never have, so I've approached staff afterwards and was rudly ignored and told that they are busy . Also one of the blow drier didn't work. Very disappointed and will ne leaving bad review on Google.

Polite and efficient
Put through the car wash quickly. Using the app means I can pay for car wash on the app and if I want 3 car washes (need to be used within 3 months) they work out cheaper!

Expensive Average quality service. Definitely, no value for money

I can wash my car anytime and staff at both Coventry branches are always happy to help 🙂 some times there can be some problems with imo app when it does not refresh to use my 12 car washes I have to restart my phone to allow me to get my new bar code. Apart from this all is well. 😀

Very rude and unprofessional staff who doesn't know the meaning of full valet. Left my car for full valet and paid £70, but they only wash the car and done the basic cleaning inside and said this is valet because I cleaned the car from inside and outside. Wouldn't recommend to anyone go there for valet. If there is less than one star i would give to them.

If I could give less feedback I would. If machine does not damage your cat ( 2 times ) for me then the ultra £18 wash is no better than the cheapest wash .save yourself time and money and get the local primary kids to wash your car instead .a bunch of 5 year old will do a better job.awfull excuse for a car wash

VISITING THE CAR WASH AT ARENA PARK COVENTRY THE CAR WAS CLEAN BUT MY WIFE HAD HER SUNGLASSES RAYBAN £120.00 STOLE OUT OF THE CAR THERE WAS ONLY ONE OPERATOR ON AT THEN TIME, SO WHAT IM SAYING IS THEY CAN CLEAN CARS BUT DONT LEAVE VALUABLES IN YOUR CAR I WONT USE AGAIN THATS FOR SURE
