The operator forgot to brush the rear window of the car?
I was watching him all the time but he forgot this one.
In addition the roof was not covered in foam as I watched from under the closed (obviously) sunroof?
As of Monday, after Friday car wash, the car is covered in dust, not IMO fault but car parked just in driveway ?

Dirt still left on car
Dirt still left on car; bird poop not removed. Windscreen still had dirt smeared on. Car was soaking at the back, not dried at all. Overall not a good clean as I had to get out a cloth and spray cleaner to clean the bits not done by the carwash

Despite asking if my roof bars would be…
Despite asking if my roof bars would be okay, they simply stated that the roof might not get fully cleaned. Went in, and the roof roller got jammed repeatedly, damaged my roof bars and denting the top of my car. I had only discovered this damage when removing the bars later to clean the roof. Customer service wouldn't help, stating I'd need to speak to the 'self-employed' staff at the car wash. Not sure why they had to sneak in the 'self-employed' part, but regardless, they were also no help and blamed me. Now considering civil court action.

Whatever was spray on my Mercedes AMG has left what looks like oily marks on the black trim around my side windows. Not happy!!

Good car wash
Good car wash, but pre-wash wasn’t done thoroughly enough as the only one side of the car done properly. The exit is not so good either as the strips used leave smears over the car, especially the windows.

Good until the last part
The hanging cloths at the end were potentially dirty as my car seemed clean before this but afterwards it looked like it had been rinsed with dirty water as it was covered in dirty water spots
