The car windshield had multiple dry…
The car windshield had multiple dry dust mark and some white spots which I was expecting will go post wash but, they are still there.
When the service specifies pre wash I was expecting some will look on this details but person didn't took any action on this.

Shine is good but only been 2 days.
Shine effect good but only 2 days, cleaning of car should be better, the dryer always leaves pools of water running down panels, I Always have to Dry car myself it leaves water stains on panels & clean the dirt off that was missed; £15 expect better especially as only Outside of car. It's a shame, not enough time spent with foam on car to loosen dirt "perhaps". I keep trying for the convenience but will give up if same on 4th wash.

The end result wasn’t what I’d expect…
The end result wasn’t what I’d expect for £20. The pre wash should attend to areas missed by the automated system — around wing mirrors, wipers back and front, etc. Also, because the car doesn’t get properly dried, there was also quite a lot of water marks left behind once the remaining water had evaporated. I would hope that the water used is softened, but it doesn’t seem like it.

Easy experience
Easy experience, pre paying before hand and scan on arrival. For price you pay the results aren’t always the best or thorough and obviously you need to wipe the car down after to avoid water marks. It’s ideal for a quick/convenient wash but not 100%.

I got to the folkestone branch and there was only 1 person there to start the wash he only sprayed the car not even uses of o spung £20 it cost so not really happy

Car was still dirty
Car was still dirty i usually wash the car myself at the local jet wash for £3.50 but decided to go to imo I paid almost double what I would normally an the car was still dirty there was outlines of bird poo still thick dirt and grime on the boot and the wheels barley touched i think next time I will ask my 6 year old to wash it!! Staff barley spoke I don’t think I’ll go again

The experience was good and my car was clean, the drying experience could be improved though.
Currently staff prewash the vehicle before entering the car wash, I feel that it would also be beneficial for staff to dry the vehicle after leaving the car wash as the blower and microfiber pads do not effectively dry the vehicle.

Save you money and go to Morrisons.
I bought a wash and wax for £11.00. Sills below the doors and back of the car still very dirty. Wondered why there was a man with a broom/brush waving it around the back of each car. His attention to removing the dirt was poor and highlights the inefficiency of the car washing machine. Won’t use again as for the same price Morrisons have a much better car wash.
