IMO Car Wash - March Avis 20

Friendly and welcoming staff but car not 100% clean after an Ultra HD wash as still bird poo evident

Car didn't come out clean bird shit still on window screen and boot and number plate still had dirt on it this was at the march imo Cambridgeshire

Great experience, however this time I felt that the wash did not wash the car properly as there were still debris on the paintwork from bird droppings which I thought would be washed off by the car wash.🙁

Excellent service, friendly staff, great job!

Staff smoking and always panicked when they have more than 2 cars to deal with, rushing about but having a cigarette at the same time. It's not the best impression it give your company. I work near them so I know they do get times when they don't have any cars in during the day so they can get their breaks in.

Pretty good wash, quite a few run marks despite too wash

Ordered my wash through the app but when I arrived they couldn't use the app so had to pay again

The app is very clunky and confusing. Applying a promotion is such a faff - writing down the code in one screen to then type in on another - it should be a one-click process!
Then took the operator a couple of minutes to recognise that I’d paid.
The car wash itself seemed okay though - let’s see how long the HD protection lasts (especially at this time of year).

Amazing service! Got a free air freshener!! Have been a few times and I love the quality do the clean!! Will do the valet package next!!

I had an ULTRA HD wash My Volvo xc40 was filthy when I left
I did go back and they re cleaned it by hand

Customer friendly staff and a very good wash, the car isn't bad either. Pleased to be able to get the washes at a discounted rate on the Taxi App to keep my cab looking it's best.

Washed my car no problem. Went to use the on site vacuum and found it would not suck up properly so I couldn’t use it. Reported this to an attendant and was told it was the company’s. Asked for a pound back as it wasn’t working and I could try another unit. Was told as it was the company’s I would have to contact head office. Ok what’s the address: Reply just Google it.
Can I speak with the manager: Reply you’ll have to speak to head office as we don’t work here. (😳). Can you do anything to help: Reply, No we use are own hoover when we’re valeting.

It’s not the £1. It’s the Not my problem mate attitude. I’ll use BP’s care wash now. Can’t be bothered with a company that doesn’t care.
