IMO Car Wash - Pendlebury Avis 21

The drying machine was not working correctly.
As I drove in the two staff were sat in the valeting booth so they must have seen me drive in and I waited a few minutes but then had to sound the horn for attention, I had bought a wash through the app and watched the attendant pre rinse , I felt it was not up to the normal standard however I went through the machine and noticed the overhead dryer was not working which left the car wet and the drying pads at the end just left it streaky , I mentioned it to the attendant on the way out and he said they knew about it , very disappointed they did not tell me before I went in , customer services were very good with addressing the issue though.

Very straight forward easy to get through. I went around lunchtime so only two cars ahead of me. The app seems the simplest way to pay in advance just show them the qr code. Lots of different washes so just pick what your happy to pay. The end result was good very happy with the shine. I had the triple foam which certainly used plenty of soap and the dryer works well so I will be calling through again. The staff are cheerful and work hard before you go in the automated washer to clean windows and wheels. Recommended .

I paid for eco plus on the app the man said which one do you want so I said £6 eco plus. He said £7.50 one is better with shampoo not just water so I said ok do that how do I pay the difference cash or card? He said either so I offered my card and he charged me £7.50 not £1.50 he was a foreign gentleman so obviously misunderstood me but said show me the app next time you come in I will sort it. Not really good enough I should have been given my refund as I may not go in for weeks and if its a different staff member how do I prove they owe me £6? So I paid £13.50 out for a basic triple foam wash!

Paid for ceramic wash. Got to the car wash at 3.15pm Sunday it was closed. Joke

This carwash is always extremely efficient, worth every penny and will keep coming back as I’m always happy with the results

IMO Pendlebury absolutely brilliant service from Anas and his staff. Had the mini valet and it was a superb job. Really friendly lads. I would definitely use again.

Very dissatisfied, charged £40 for a kia ceed, left Dad's wheelchair and cushion in the pooring rain and didn't tell us, he couldn't use it for 3 days it was that wet! Poor job on upholstery and missed all the door storage leaving sticky sweets still stuck inside when he'd said it would be 100% for that price and lost a piece of upholstery out of the centre so can't store anything in it now or it will disappear. Definitely wouldn't use again!!! Car smelled weird too 🤔

Hardworking and lovely people! My car has never been so clean and smells really good. Paid for the Ultra HD and mini valet: worth every penny.

Went for a usual wash line up on the ramp to have the car infront go backwards hit my car luckily there was no damage. Sat in the actual car wash for 30 mins as someone kept braking inside when you’re not suppose to brake so all the cars was going backwards hitting each other I was terrified my car was going to get hit again never have I experience something so unpleasant. In the end the cars had to drive out as the whole thing broke so couldn’t wash any cars so the man just dried our car from what water was on it. Compensated with an air freshener. I use to come here all the time won’t bother now as I don’t need the stress in my life of my car getting backed into causing rows with other drivers. Never again

I went to IMO in swinton Manchester.
They broke the ariel of my car.
The guy there at first try to convince me that it's been broke before then he advised me to fixed my self whit silicon.🤬🤬🤬
NO ONE ANSWERED THE PHONE ,NO ONE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY IN THIS S*IT COMPANY FILLED WHIT ILIGAL IMMIGRANTS.
I WILL REPORT THIS TO ALL THE AUTHORITIES AND ADVISE EVERYONE TO DO THE SAME UNTIL THEY START TAKING RESPONSIBILITY OR THEY CLOSE DOORS.
