The wash is good but the drying process…
The wash is good but the drying process speed is too fast, which I had complained about before and the attendant said they would adjust this.
Also I bought online the triple wash bundle but it charged me £21, while it clearly states at the wash centre a triple wash bundle drops to £6 each (i.e. £18).
The attendant told me I have to buy 3 separate washes online to qualify for this, this false advertising as I clearly selected a triple bundle option. Please rectify this anomaly/false advertising and refund me £3

I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience at IMO Car Wash. The overall service quality was far below expectations. The staff seemed rushed and inattentive, and the cleaning itself was not thorough—there were still visible dirt marks and streaks on both the exterior and windows.
Areas like the wheels and lower panels were barely cleaned, and the drying job left water spots all over the car. For the price charged, I expected a much higher standard of cleaning
Overall, this visit did not feel worth the money, and I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Always a great wash
Always a great wash. They do a manual pressure for dirty spots and then an automatic drive-through. Good clean, great service. Good value!

Clean, but the rain treatment “special” is actually dangerous.
Car got cleaned quite well for an automatic car wash, good for those winter washes where I don’t get chance to wash it myself!
I did try this time the rain repellant treatment as it hasn’t stopped raining this year. It was great in the daytime, but at night it was very bad, the oncoming traffic headlights made it very difficult to see. It’s as though the rain treatment made my windscreen glow with any headlights coming towards me, which made it quite difficult to see through it.
I’ve since washed the treatment off the screen as it is v.poor and I will not purchase this treatment again.
