One of the rollers down the near side wasn't working not a very good clean dirt in parts. Not happy I am guessing this problem was on going should have been told 🤔

Was not open but it said open at 2 then…
Was not open but it said open at 2 then I went at 2 and it said open at 3 !!!! Asked a guy who was valeting and he said 4.30 it would open up !!!! No way was I being messed around again so I have asked for a refund as I had already purchased !!!! Terrible service , on a Friday too !!!!

Car was still dirty in places
Was ok but car was still dirty in places and i paid for the top clean wont be doing that again as it just looked the same as a cheap clean

After completing the wash there’s still…
After completing the wash there’s still some stains on car and pre wash scrubbing must be improved post wash drying micro fibres should be improved it leaves water stains on glass after drying it doesn’t look good leaving white stains on the glass all over

For a £20 wash my car was not clean
For a £20 wash my car was not clean. Streak marks down my drivers window still remained after wash.
damage has been caused to the paint on rear bumper.
And it looked asif the dirt/dust had just been coated over with the ceramic rather than being cleaned thoroughly before hand.

inconsistent pre wash
I have visited this car wash several times, and while the staff are always polite. the pre-wash is not consistent at all on the same wash. ( Rain Guard ) most times you get the jet wash and brush on the front windscreen only and sometimes it is everything including foam. Also you do not know if you are getting the correct wash, as most of the time the lights are not working that tell you what wash you are on.
