IMO Car Wash - Walkden Avis 20

The owner was incredibly rude so I definitely won’t be returning again. The wash was very average and the drier barely dried off any water marks.

Imo walkden are great, my little boy loves going through the car wash and my car comes out clean!.

I was stuck inside car wash for 10 minutes attendant sorted the car behind me. I was in a rush

Bits were missed on the car, the wheels hardly looked they had been washed, waste of money, could have done a better job at the jet wash, didnt rinse it well bubbles left everywhere, and still wet after the blow dry, very dissapointed

The Walkden team offer a friendly welcome and drive thru does a decent job for the price.

App was nice and easy to use, did seem like the guy who was scanning couldn't be bothered and was fed up. didn't really clean my wheels off very well as i still had tyre soap on it from when i got my tyre change, cleaned off easy enough with my hand afterwards. it was simple to use what i liked but i could go elsewhere next time and get better service

On arrival home a mere 1 mile away from the car wash I inspected to car to find a good few areas that have been missed so it was a waste of time and money.

One of the pieces of the brush got caught in the trimming and pulled it off at the front, managed to get it glued back on but won’t use again.

I use the Walkden car wash and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. I’d definitely recommend this particular car wash to everyone

We've recently had both of our cars valeted by Imo Walkden. Both were brilliant and reasonably priced for the work that went in.
Got a new car on the weekend and that's going in today to be valeted!

went for a HD wash expecting this to get a throughout wash. No pre wash was done but the back window. There are still bits of dirt residue in the craves to be seen. £12 is not really worth it. first and last time i have used IMO - will stick to hand wash.

Awful service! Bought a brand new car went to clean it days later and the staff (rushing about because there were 2 other cars behind) hit my side door with the brush they use before you go into the automatic car wash - chipped the paint off my car and denied all responsibility! Claimed they didn’t use a brush when myself and 2 other passengers witnessed them using it and heard the bang on the door! Can’t get through to customer service via the number so had to email- still no response! Absolutely disgusting service you’d think they would prioritise responses to claims of damage. Would give 0 stars if I could. Avoid at all costs!!
