IMO Car Wash - Whitehaven Avis 16

Good customer ralationship and satisfactory.

The personnel was good, but I was disappointed that my rims were not sparkly clean after paying £20 for a wash. The car also has some unwashed spots.
I was more disappointed because I reached out on Instagram with the complaints(with pictures) and I got no response.

The car wash was fine. The member if staff was rude in front of my 10yo daughter.
Id pulled to one side at the entrance to the car wash plenty of room to get past and not causing an obstruction to load the app and pay. The attendant the appeared waving his hands frantically in my direction. When I pulled upto the stary of the wash, he rudely syarted to "tell me off " and didnt allow me to explain. When I asked him to stop. He continued to berate me, pointing to non existent signs. It was embarrassing and rude in front of my daughter and other customers.

Still dirt on car. Paid £10 for wash. Had to wash again when I got home.

The washes themselves are ok, the staff (or one staff member in particular) on the other hand are rude and ignorant.

The car wash was good but the experience wasn’t. One of the guys was extremely rude. Don’t understand how someone like him is employed. Wouldn’t be using it again.

He was very annoyed because I used the QRCode. He should warn his customers that he does not want us to use this before we get to it. How else would we know.

Miserable person who was the attendant. There was lots of parts of the car still dirty. The old owners years ago used to use the brush to do front & rear windows, then also do the Lower parts of the car which the machine can’t reach. I think the attendant needs some customer service training. I will never go back. The drive through at Lloyd Kia Lillyhall is way better and cheaper. Also has no Miserable attendants !!

when I pulled up, the worker was very abrupt, didn't speak much English and kept shouting at me about moving my car forward and when I did he would shout and say to far. it's extremely hard to know how far he wanted to me to go but I feel his people skills weren't amazing and it could've been rectified with a bit more people skills. also the end bar that goes up. had a massive rubber bit hanging off that was scraping all over my car until it fully lifted up.

The car body looks good. But the wheels were still dirty. I could do a better job with a sponge and bucket of hot water. For 19 pound its a very disappointing job

Quick and efficient service
