IN Download Avis 37

In het verleden had ik via group on een virus scanner gehaald van AVG Total Security deze was blijkbaar door deze bedrijf georganiseerd. Later ben ik overgestapt naar Bitdefender had die met korting gehaald en kreeg een werkende code. Nu dat de jaar voorbij is kreeg ik weer een aanbieding van Indownlaod voor dezelfde product na betaling kreeg ik een factuur en de betreffende code uitgeprobeerd werkte gewoon. Zo ver goed en goedkoop.

Ik heb Adobe Photoshop Elements 2025 - Windows/Mac - 2 apparaten - Abonnement 3 jaar besteld en betaald, maar er is geen download knop te zien die werkt en ik krijg steeds een mail terug dat ik het moet afronden, klikken op de gele knop. Maar als ik dat doe, gebeurt er niets en je zou bijna opnieuw betalen om te kijken of het werkt. Meerdere mail aan bewijs gegeven, maar steeds dezelfde mail terug, ik moet afronden. Een standaard mail.
Ik denk dat ik rechtsbijstand maar zal inschakelen, en hopen dat dit werkt.

Ik heb de inwisselingscode gekocht en de geleverde instructies voor activatie correct opgevolgd. Echter toen de code ingevoerd was werd de installatieprocedure afgebroken. De code is geactiveerd maar ik krijg de dmg-files niet. Herhaalde vragen gesteld aan in-download.nl en aan de firma in Frankrijk. Echter nog steeds zonder antwoord van hunnentwege. Allicht mag ik fluiten naar mijn geld en naar de apps?

Wel betaald, niks ontvangen! Kreeg de verkeerde (Windows) versie. Heb ze geschreven, kreeg antwoord dat ze het gingen onderzoeken. Sindsdien niets meer gehoord en kan niet meer in mijn account bij hun.

Een zogenaamde verlenging van Software aangeschaft.
Deze zou volgends de omschrijving gekoppeld worden aan de bestaande licentie.
Helaas werkt dat dus niet zo. Dit lost men niet op.
En omdat men geen officiële verkoper blijkt te zijn doet de Leverancier van de software er ook niks aan.
Vette pech dus.

I was sceptical about in-download website after reading some reviews. However, my experience with this website was positive. I bought an Adobe software on a very competitive price. They sent me the software link that took me to Adobe website. There, I managed to log in and registered my license key.

I bought one software license but they write a strange number of order. After that they took me the money but didn't send aniyhing. FOR YOUR OWN SAKE DON'T BUY ANYTHING, ABSOLUTELY TRASH.

Didn't get a confirmation email so after a day started a case with paypal. After another 2 days received authorisation code by email. Software is legit and cheap. They could do with a customer service upgrade though.

took five hours for the automated download of an Adobe product, to arrive, by which time I had cancelled the order and bought elsewhere. Very sarcastic customer service, still trying to get a refund - now in paypal dispute

Op vrijdag laat software besteld en betaald. Ik verwachte gelijk een link maar helaas.
Dag later een mail gestuurd waar ik keurig een reactie op kreeg dat het tot maandag zou duren i.v.m. de voorraad. Ze zijn keurig hun woord nagekomen.

I was a bit sceptical about this company, reading some of the reviews, and the trustpilot rating. However, the price was just too good to refuse, so I accepted the risk and thought that it was worth a try. What can I say, Photoshop Elements 21 delivered via email within 5 minutes of purchase. Easy to download, very happy customer.

I ordered Photoshop Elements 2020 from this company which is a French company. The following day I received an email saying the product would NOT work in the UK and I could have a refund which I accepted . The following day I received another email telling me there had been a mistake made and the software would work in the UK but I could still have a refund if I wanted it which I confirmed that I did and again asked to cancel my order. After another 36 hours I received the software download and activation key via email and immediately replied that I had cancelled my order and wanted my refund. After another 24 hour delay I received an email telling me I would have to wait until Adobe had changed the activation key and once that had been done I would receive my refund,
After another 5 days I have had no further contact from this company despite having sent several more emails to them asking for an update and I am now having to go to my bank to reclaim the payment which I made via Visa debit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A DISGRACE !

I read the reviews, a lot of complaints. I still decided to to take a chance and bought the Adobe Elements Photoshop & Premiere package. I can honestly say the whole process went without any problems. I got a confirmation email of my purchase and a redemption email within half an hour. My two downloads went smoothly and everything seems to work O.K.
I paid using PayPal with the reassurance that if there was a problem, I could get my money back. I’m very happy with the price I paid, £30 less than Amazon!

Not sure what the negativity is all about when it comes to this website. I just purchased a genuine full adobe premiere elements 2020 for less than half the price listed anywhere else on the internet. From the initial order it took a few hours for the code to come through, but once it did you just click the link to adobes website, insert the code, download and go. Its very simple, very cheap. Use paypal and your protected.
Try not to be put off by the non techy people type reviews!

Update op mijn vorige review: inmiddels heb ik de activeringscode ontvangen. De mails van In.Download komen in mijn spam. Waardoor ik ze niet had gelezen.
Check dus je span als je Office bij In.download aanschaft!

In januari 2019 heb ik een Office 365 pakket via Groupon aangeschaft. In oktober kreeg in een mail met het verzoek mijn abonnement te verlengen, wat ik ook gedaan heb. Van Microsoft heb ik de afgelopen weken de melding ontvangen dat mijn abonnement verlopen is. Dit omdat In-download mij geen nieuwe licentie heeft gestuurd. Inmiddels heb ik 3 mails naar In-download verstuurd maar helaas krijg ik geen reactie. Ik hoop dat zij nu gaan reageren en dat zij mij een nieuwe activatiecode sturen.

Adode products are suspicously cheap on in-download.com, about half price or 2/3 of other online retailers. Too good to be true.

Problem is there are no reviews of adobe.in-download.com, but they display the logo in-download.com, so I thought I would make a review and link the website address to warn others.

DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

Afgelopen november heb ik mijn abonnement voor Microsoft Office verlengd (ik had hem vorig jaar via Groupon aangeschaft). Geen bevestiging ontvangen. Ik krijg dagelijks verzoeken om mijn abonnement te vernieuwen (terwijl ik dus dit reeds gedaan heb). Heb de klantenservice hierover gemaild; geen reactie. Kortom: geen service.

Given the reviews, I thought I would ask them a question about the language of the product I was ordering.They answered to my satisfaction in an hour or so. I ordered the software at 1647 and received the download instructions at 1749. Not immediate, but following the comments, it was what I expected. The email gave a redemption code rather than a serial number. Logging in and submitting the redemption code gave access to the download. It all worked. At £50 rather than £90 from Amazon, I'm happy.
