Changed courier to FedEx and delivered next day.

Website not completing the sale…
The website is still failing to complete the sale, more often than not, requiring me to make a phone call to process. The customer service staff however are very nice. Annoyingly I cannot ring to complete the sale at a weekend when I generally do the orders for my parents.
I paid for next day delivery, it took 2 days though.

When trying to order on line for my elderly mother a lot of the time they seem to have problems. You go as far as putting payment info in and the screen just seems to go in to frozen mode. I then ring up the shop and they always answer very quickly and place the order for me. They are very friendly and courteous and very helpful too. 1st class service albeit their online service needs serious attention.
