I had waited 2 and a half weeks for my order to be sent. When I rang, the lady said they had run out and needed to re order my products, which could take 2-4 weeks.
The next day they sent my order.
I received my order yesterday.

Great service and my product arrived within a week. Very happy with this company.

The first order was delivered quickly and was good quality. The second order didn’t turn up and after eight days I had to ring up to find out that there was two products they didn’t have. They offered to refund me for the products they didn’t have and send the rest, but this wouldn’t have happened unless I phoned. The order then arrived quickly but they never refunded the missing products. When I phoned them again, they said they couldn’t refund me until their boss returned from overseas in three days. That still didn’t happen. It was only after I wrote a few bad reviews that they finally refunded me. There are lots of bad reviews about bad customer service when things go wrong with this company. I will not be buying from them again.

The first order was great. It was delivered fast and the food was good. Second order took 9 days and only turned up because I complained. They could not supply two items and said they would refund me, they didn’t! I phoned them and they said the boss was overseas and they couldn’t refund me until he came back in 3 days. It didn’t happened. I emailed twice but no reply. I’m taking it to consumer affairs, but from the other bad reviews, I doubt I’m ever going to see my money.

I was able to talk to a representative of the business prior to making the order. The order was easy to finalise on-line and communication was excellent during the delivery process.

From ordering to delivery, the purchase was easy and quick.

I ordered six boxes of spices and they sent me ones expiring in 2months which I would be lucky to finish one in those 2 months and I contacted them multiple times and got no response it was a waste of money.

The online ordering process is easy. My order was recieved a lot sooner than expected. The only negative is the fact the non-fragile product I ordered (flavouring sachets) is wrapped in plastic bubble wrap - not so great for the environment
