We got an Indytute voucher and it seemed a bit complicated to get the actual voucher numbers and the tickets tot he cinema that the voucher was for. I contacted Indytute and Mia solved it for me very quickly and professionally. Well done!

Quick response, Kind and friendly customer service

I have used The Indytute a number of times, for various experiences and always found them helpful. Recently had some family issues meaning that I didn't redeem a voucher in time. So, I messaged the team and Charlie in particular was most helpful in resolving the situation. (Seems he is a bit of a legend). Anyway, this company is highly recommended.

I booked an experience on the website paying extra; I then noticed after the experience stated £84 on the website and yet charged £89 with the payment system. Once purchased an additional voucher code was sent for the new experience that didn't work.
The booking website and its functionality are absolutely awful, it there are several steps and a lot of features don't work as they should on the website.

Excellent customer service, especially Charlie. He went above and beyond to help me with a voucher that had nearly expired and with a voucher that was no longer used on Indytute. Very happy with the whole experience.

The assistant that I spoke was very efficient, polite and helpful.
I found the booking of my experience extremely long winded and although not especially complicated, involved inputting the same details twice and just a tad time consuming.
I’m sure my chosen outing will be amazing though!

Found the voucher redeeming process a bit clunky and not easy to follow, however the team at indytute responded quickly and made the booking for me so huge thanks to Charlie.

Charlie has been super helpful with sorting my voucher that I got as a gift but wasn’t able to use straight away. He extended my voucher date and got back to be straight away. Very good customer service. Thank you!

I was kindly bought vouchers for myself and my friends to visit the Cheese Barge but couldn’t go before the end date. Charlie from Bookings went above and beyond and extended my vouchers and sorted it so quickly

I purchased an voucher as a gift, however due to me typing the email incorrectly the voucher wasn't received. I emailed and this was resent to the correct email quickly.

I bought the tickets/vouchers via Indytute, it was so easy and the customer service has been great as we had to reschedule a few times. My fiancé and I attended the kintsugi workshop with Claire on Valentine’s Day and we loved it! We have 2 beautiful decorative plates in our home now as a cute memory. The process was super clear and easy to get up to speed with, the venue is nicely tucked away out of busy central London and we thought the timing was great. We didn’t feel like it was too short or too long. Claire is lovely and we’d highly recommend! We have 2 souvenirs now and have learnt a new skill :)

I was kindly bought vouchers for myself and my friends to visit the Cheese Barge but I managed to muck up booking it in time twice. Helen, Head of Experiences, and Charlie from Bookings went above and beyond and extended my vouchers not once but twice, even after I had redeemed and run into problems.
I thank you for the time you took to rectified my mistakes and for your excellent customer service- would definitely book through Indytute again in the future.

After having some intial issues with an expired voucher, I requested to speak to their complaints team and they were very helpful in rectifying the issue. Overall not a completely seamless experience but they did come through well in the end.

I redeemed a voucher of a gift that was given to me however I had to book the session with they said provider via in your service, which I thought was a clumsy way to go about it. I would’ve rather been communicating with the provider directly. That being said I booked the voucher for tomorrow for Valentine’s Day only to find out that there’s only one session rather than two, which defeats the purpose considering it’s on Valentine’s Day and a gift for me and my partner thank you. I’ve had to cancel it now. I’m gonna make other arrangements. I really do not rate your service.
