We’ve just returned from a wonderful…

We’ve just returned from a wonderful family and friends ski trip to Alpe d’Huez. There were 14 of us in total, including six children aged between 1 and 10, and it truly exceeded all expectations.

I can’t thank the chalet staff enough. They were absolutely fantastic with the children—so attentive to all their dietary needs, while also taking the time to engage with them and make them feel special. It made such a difference to the whole experience.

The food was exceptional throughout the stay, and every member of the team went above and beyond. We especially loved the thoughtful personal messages on the board each day, along with the delicious homemade cakes—such a lovely touch.

The chalet itself was perfect for our group and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Thank you for helping us create such incredible memories, particularly for the children. It was an unforgettable first ski trip for them.

Inghams provided a fantastic holiday to Alpe d’Huez. We stayed in a chalet and the staff were brilliant. From carrying our bags from the bus, to amazing cakes and dinners and a wealth of local knowledge to get us on the slopes quick and easily.

Great holiday

We went on a family skiing holiday to Les Deux Alpes with Inghams. They made the trip feel effortless and we felt our hands were held firmly throughout the whole process of booking, travelling and arriving at the resort. Great service and advice. Would recommend!

Excellent family Ski Holiday to La…

Excellent family Ski Holiday to La Rosiere at Easter. Very good pre departure support, friendly overseas rep. Seamless transfers and no hanging about waiting for other flights to come in. Great reminders of activities taking place in resort whilst out there ( ice hockey match, sledging etc). Accomodation excellent and charter flights suprisingly good! ( Titan). Had a fantastic week and would certainly book with Inghams again. Much more support than have previously had with other ski companies.

100% recommend

We have used Inghams yearly for about 4-5 years. Everything has always been perfectly organised, with efficient and easy transfers, reliable hotels etc. I would 100% recommend

Faultless!

Faultless from booking, pre holiday information to exceptional help and info from the resort reps during our holiday! Would thoroughly recommend and will definitely be booking with Inghams again!

Would recommend for La Plagne

Just returned as a family of 4 from a ski trip to La Plagne, staying at La Terra Nova, Belambra. Booked hotel, flights, transfers, ski lessons and equipment through Inghams. We read mixed reviews before we left, as the hotel has recently been taken over. Our experience was excellent, Inghams took care of everything and our excellent rep, Dominika, was able to help with any additional queries. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely apalling service

Absolutely apalling service, paid for a service that falls short of expectations, I had to verify my personal information three times, and still their service is by far the worse I have ever experienced in my entire life. Along with Book Publishers who are one of their clients, I have never seen so many excuses, I would never recommend them to anyone.

Exceptional service in Les Arcs – Gali is a star!

Just returned from a fantastic week in Les Arcs with Inghams, and I can’t recommend them enough. From the initial booking to the transfers, everything was seamless, but what really made the trip special was our resort rep, Gali.

It’s rare to find someone so genuinely conscientious and attentive. Gali went above and beyond to ensure every detail of the stay was perfect, checking in regularly and handling all our queries with a smile. Whether it was local recommendations or sorting out logistics, she was incredibly proactive and made it feel like I was in very safe hands.

If you’re looking for a stress-free ski holiday with a team that actually cares about your experience, book with Inghams. Huge thanks to Gali for making the week so memorable!

Fabulous skiing vacation with exceptional service

Just returned from our first Inghams ski holiday (at Tignes Lac, staying in Chalet Corniche). The chalet is in an excellent central location and exceptionally well managed. It felt like a wonderful home from home. Chalet manager Aaron and his fabulous team looked after us brilliantly, fed us so well and they went above and beyond to accommodate us and ensure we had a brilliant vacation. We had a wonderful time from start to finish. We now plan to look at Inghams again next year as the quality of service was exceptional throughout.

Great all round experience

Very well organised holiday, with knowledgeable and friendly resort reps, who made sure we were given useful information, and in particular weather conditions we needed to be aware of. Thank you Federico who also arranged for a trip to Montgenevre, moving his day off to make sure we would get the best conditions.
The hotel was just as described, with good-size, clean rooms, with plenty of storage. Good food with lots of choice, and very helpful, friendly and attentive hotel staff throughout, particularly Omal in the restaurant, and the two bar staff Alberto and Paulo. The pianist / DJ and singer were also lovely, with a wide variety of music that was just right for the surroundings. A very enjoyable stay, with the spa giving an extra opportunity to really relax and unwind.

The in-resort team make such a difference

We booked a last minute ski holiday with Inghams due to the price. The flights being a charter flight meant it was so easy - no fussing with paying for luggage or to sit together. Arrival into Chambéry was smooth- reps were helpful and our transfer left promptly after our arrival. On getting to resort, we realised we had the wrong case - the Rep team took over the worry and sorted the issue, all while not making us feel bad about the mistake. We were reunited with our case within hours. Throughout the week our rep kept us updated on weather and ideas of things to do.

Having previously traveled with a competitor, I hadn’t realised the difference having a good quality team in resort could make but Inghams have clearly shown us now what we’ve been missing before!

Skiing in the Dolomites

Great experience overall.

Great hotel. Staff all very efficient and friendly in hotel. Our rep was outstanding. Transfers great. Turin Airport experiences both ways was shockingly bad. Queues at every step. Flight delayed due to security back log in Turin.
Food good but dinner served luke warm on cold plates. Too much dairy and bread at expense of vegetables and potatoes. Half board menu a bit confusing regarding swapping main course at the expense of sacrificing starter. Lighting in room very dim. Didn't use spa as too expensive.

This was one of the best skiing…

This was one of the best skiing holidays we have had. Aided by near perfect weather, everything that we experienced through Ingram’s was absolutely brilliant.
Before we left we needed some help and your advisors were easy to get hold of and super helpful. Our transfers to and from the train station to the resort were comfortable, on time and drivers were friendly. The chalet was spacious, the spa never too busy and really clean.
The chalet staff were very exceptional, especially our manager Aaron. Nothing was too much trouble for him, we had our skis taken by accident from a bar and he helped us get them back. The team was so attentive, food was brilliant and made for overall a really great holiday. We will definitely recommend Ingram’s and come again!!

A third excellent Inghams trip

Just returned from our third Inghams ski holiday, second to Selva Val Gardena, staying in Chalet Soldenella. The chalet is in an excellent central location, between the two main lifts. Chalet manager Mia and her team looked after us brilliantly, fed us so well and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had a wonderful time from start to finish. We plan to return again next year as the ski area is fantastic.
