I am a technophobe oap so was dubious how to go about ordering on the net. Telephoned the company and a lovelly young man (Andrew) guided me through the process. I purchased a fire and could have had it delivered the next day if I wanted it. I ordered it for a couple of days later and everything went as it should and Andrew phoned both before and after the delivery to make sure all was ok. Excellent service would definatelly use the company again.

They were the cheapest supplier so fan was ordered. It was delivered two days later. Continual communication regarding dispatch, then deliver. Even a courtesy email some two days after delivery checking to make sure everything was ok.
A first class product, first class communication and definitely first class service.
