Delayed, damaged, and still unresolved

Avoid this company if you value your time, money or basic customer service.

I ordered a bed on 9th February with a promised completion date of 9th March. What followed has been one of the most frustrating purchase experiences I've had.

The delivery was repeatedly delayed with vague and inconsistent explanations. At one point, I was told it had failed quality checks. Despite this, when the bed finally arrived (well after the promised timeline), it still had visible defects including a scratched and poorly polished corner and a chipped edge.

Delivery itself was chaotic. There was no proper scheduling or communication from the company. Instead, I received random calls from delivery drivers with no notice. A confirmed delivery slot was missed entirely without any update.

Post-delivery has been even worse:
- The supporting centre leg was not installed
- I was told a carpenter would be arranged, but no one has shown up
- Multiple calls and emails have led to nothing but empty promises ("someone will call you today/in 2days")
- Even after escalation to "senior management", there has been no response

At this point, it's clear that the issue isn't a one off delay, but a complete breakdown in accountability and customer service.

I am now in the process of filing a complaint with the consumer helpline.

If you're considering ordering from them, I would strongly recommend thinking twice.

It's the worst customer service i have…

It's the worst customer service i have seen. i wish i have seen all reviews online. i bought a bed and side table online. i have called more than 25 times and sent so many emails but reply remains the same. they kept on giving dates. more than 3 months and haven't received my order.

any idea what needs to be done to get money back. please reach out to me.

It's a scam company, they just take your orders and then you keep following up with them.

They are thieves, taking advantage of india's weak law and order.. We placed order on 5th of feb 2026, the delivery date on their website was showing 23 to 26th feb. With continue emails and phone conversations, on 26th they told me, your order will be dispatched by 10th of march(that too no guarantee, how can you even trust them), that means if they are able to dispatch order by 10th of march, it will be delivered by 15th of march.. When i asked for order cancellation, they denied, when i asked pictures of the product, if they are really working on it or at what stage, they also denied it... Learn from my mistake, don't repeat.

I ordered products from Saraf…

I ordered products from Saraf Furniture, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. My order has been delayed since October, and as of 5th January, it has still not been delivered.
They have repeatedly given different reasons for the delay—first citing that the polish needed more time to dry, then stating that a finishing issue was found during quality inspection.
On 31st December, I was assured that the delivery would be completed by 6th January. However, when I called today to confirm whether the order was dispatched, I was once again given a new date, saying it will now be dispatched on 10th January.
This continuous delay and lack of commitment is extremely frustrating. I am completely fed up with the repeated excuses and false assurances.
I strongly request others to reconsider before purchasing products from Saraf Furniture.

Fake site with extremely poor customer…

Fake site with extremely poor customer service. They marketed the products as pure sheesham wood. It is poor particle board/mdf. Once the product was shipped, they ghosted me for installation. No response to phone calls or whatsapp messages. I had to get a carpenter myself to assemble it. I found the cot was cracked in shipping.

Team, I strongly do not recommend Saraf Furniture, especially for online orders. They are largely unresponsive to return requests, regardless of product quality. Even the delivery coordination and installation was such a pain with then. STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND - appears fraudulent!

Worst services and customer care…

Worst services and customer care experience ever! I purchased a cot from Insaraf Furniture two months ago and received a damaged product. I reported the issue immediately on the same day, and their customer team promised a replacement within 10 days. It’s now been over two months, and there has been no update, no communication, and no proper response from them.

Every time I call, they repeat the same false promise — “your replacement will be delivered in 10 days.” For the last 4 days, I’ve been calling daily just to get a simple email confirmation, and even that never arrives unless I keep following up. Their lack of responsibility and careless attitude is extremely frustrating.

I regret buying from Insaraf Furniture and would strongly suggest others think twice before purchasing from them. They sell damaged products and completely fail to support their customers after taking payment. Highly unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Fraud Company

I would have given zero if it was possible. We had ordered 3 items including 2 beds and 1 side table in order number INSF657302133. On 1st Oct 2025. 2 items one bed and side table was promptly delivered though slightly late post diwali. But that's when the problems started, we are still waiting for our last bed the more expensive one in the order and everytime we get a new excuse. No way to escalate the problem and clear denial of nay refund of money even when they have failed to deliver the bed after almost 3 months. Pathetic customer service and absolutely no ownership by anyone including founder. Taking them to court is the last option that will be pursued by me. Please don't buy from them they are fraud people

WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE ANY FURNITURE FROM SARAF FURNITURE

I, Col Prakash Khandekar, Veteran of Indian Army recently purchased Items worth approx Rs 80000 online in Sept 2025.
This has been one of the worst mistakes of my life because of the following reasons:
I was Waiting formy Order #INSF657942133 to be Delivered which was to be done before Diwali as promised by your Sales person Mr Abhishek Agarwal.
The customer relations team is non responsive.

Sales team is doing a great job of promising quality and delivery within a month but once full payment is made then the customer has to run from Pillar to Post trying to get in touch with someone from Saraf. The response is so disheartening that it makes one feel really sorry for making a mistake of having got into Online order with Saraf Furniture.

I went on blind faith without any idea of the quality of the product, which was paid for on 24 Sept 2025 and was promised delivery before Diwali ie 20 Oct 2025.
After a horribly harrowing time I finally received all the items on 5 Dec 2025.

The warehouse was another terrible experience too. The gentleman from Mumbai Warehouse was extremely curt. I received a call from him around the 29th Oct that two items, out of three ordered, would be delivered at my delivery address at Pune on the next day. I was out of Pune at that time and it was impossible for me to arrange the receipt of the items from where I was. There was No prior intimation of the delivery date. for me to make provisions to accept the delivery of the items. When I spoke to some of the Saraf Members about it I was told that they could not do anything about it as the warehouse is a different setup and they had no role to play. They even refused to give me the contact details of the warehouse manager so that I could talk to them. In fact I was told that I should have saved the Number when I received the call. Unfortunately I had not done so and after a few days it was untraceable on my phone.

Even now, I am unable to contact any senior people in the Saraf Furniture Organisation. It's a Horrible experience. Unresponsive people. This experience has opened my eyes and left me in a distressed state.

The worst is that not a single senior person from Saraf has called me or had the courtesy to get in touch with me. The contact Number 080 6741 4797 connects with some frontline sales person or manufacturing person who is not allowed to escalate the call or connect the customer's call to any senior person in the system. So everyone sits insulated from the customer. If such a thing can happen to me then I wonder about the fate of hundreds of other customers or potential customers who will face similar fate.
Finally the Quality of the furniture is Bad and the Polishing is very poor Quality.
Several items of furniture are damaged and broken. I sent the Photos of the damaged pieces as the protocol.
I am desperately trying to get in touch for the damaged items but there is NO Response.
I WARN ALL PEOPLE TO BE VERY CAUTIOUS IN DEALING WITH ONLINE FURNITURE FROM THIS COMPANY.
AFTER YOU MAKE YOUR FULL PAYMENT THEN YOU ARE AT THEIR MERCY.

Delivering wrong measurements

They delivered a dining table with incorrect measurements, and after I raised a complaint they changed their webpage to reflect the new measurements and said everything is correct. Even after I shared screen shots with them of their own webpage they didn't agree to replace.

Your Bed Support broke within two weeks of purchase and POOR-QUALITY panel wood is being supplied in the name of plywood. Once contacting the support staff for change of PANELWOOD with PLYWOOD, I am being asked to make additional payment for the same. UTTER NONSENSE. Also Box Bed is not with box but poor arrangement of low quality panel wood on top and bottom which cannot take the weight of stuff. Cost Cutting is seen in every aspect and quality has dropped drastically. Cracks appearing in furniture within one month of use. No resolution only false promises. DO NOT FALL IN THE TRAP. BEWARE AND AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Scam company with no ethics. …

I ordered furniture worth 4 lakh to be transported from Rajasthan to Trivandrum , Kerala. On its arrival the courier service colluded with the Union and I had to pay the Union and they dropped it at the basement. I had to ask for help to carry it to the 4th floor. Finally, I had to pay for assembling it. The wardrobe was cracked, book shelf broken, the ply of the sofa Bed torn and the study table broken. All the furniture was full of scratches. I asked them to replace it or help me for the repair. Numerous calls, Numerous mails and not a reply. To top it all, they have blocked my number at the customer care. Am contemplating whether to go to the consumer court or get legal help. This is how they serve the customers. They caused me financial loss as well as mental trauma. I have all the mails and conversation as proof.
My advice ,Buy from your local area. I was such a fool to buy from these unscrupulous Insaraf furniture.

Utterly disappointing

Utterly disappointing. Do not buy from Saraf at all. I recently booked a solid wood 6 seater dining table from Saraf Furnitures, Thanisandra, Bangalore-560077 on 22nd October 2025, paying 50% advance payment, balance to be paid on delivery, where the manager promised delivery by 15th October. we followed up on call on 10th and 11th October, and were informed the shipments is delayed for some reason, and we will get our order delivered on or before 17th October. However, we followed up for a confirmation again on 12th October, and were informed that due to some quality issue, the shipment will be dispatched after Diwali. However, all the timelines committed to us have been blatantly missed, with no rhyme or reason. There is sheer lack of accessibility and responsiveness from the customer care ID and Number provided on their website. I would give negative stars, if google reviews had a setting for that available.

Saraf Furniture does not live up to…

Saraf Furniture does not live up to their brand name. The quality of product and their service pathetic, especially if the product that is sent across is not satisfactory according to the customer. They just do not care, as a customer you can raise complaints over email, phone call or even at their outlets. It just does not make a difference to them. I would request customers to not order from them, if they send you the incorrect delivery, you are stuck and there is no resolution. They do not accept their mistake, they do not understand customer care. Please avoid buying from this brand. I am still waiting for a resolution to an order I had placed and they sent a product which was not the ideal size and have been waiting for a refund or a replacement for the past 2/3 months. They just don’t care.
