The platform itself seems to work well so that we can shift savings easily to get the best interest rates and products.
However the website is clunky and cannot be navigated as intended on a mobile phone, which is a shame. An app or improved website would be really welcome.

Pretty average. The site is not optimised to iPhone so is almost impossible to view unless you’re working through a desktop. Interest is added manually for some unknown reason which can take more than 2 weeks to show. All in all a very clunky experience. They need to employ some IT and get into the 21st century….even the 20th would be nice.
Addendum - Insignis have now asked for additional information although I’m unsure what further I can add. I had an interest payment due date on 19th July and the interest is yet to be added. I’ve contacted their Customer Support for a further update. My comment to the poor iPhone interface is borne out by the most recent review….same experience.

Over the last few weeks, Jagjeet (Client Services Specialist with Insignis) provided consistently excellent support and communication following the death of a client, to help us with the process of arranging for funds to be paid out to the solicitor's account as part of the probate process. He answered all my questions clearly, provided clear guidance and kept us fully up to date with progress.

The whole experience with Insignis has been refreshingly easy and positive. As someone who has spent a significant part of their professional career navigating banking relationships for many different organisations, Insignis is the only one I have ever recommended.
Not only is the onboarding process simple and efficient, their customer service is responsive and helpful, and the financial returns for our organisation are significantly better than we were able to achieve through our traditional banking relationships.

My mother passed away and during the course of obtaining the Grant of Probate her investments matured. They were immediately frozen and Insignis told me they were unable to place the funds into any type of interest bearing account. In addition as the investments exceeded the FCA limit, the excess was at risk should anything have happened to Insignis. We first used Insignis a number of years back to get a better rate of interest on our companies savings. We locked some money away for a year and another amount for 3 months (with easy access). The interest we raised with such ease was better than any other bank we had approached. Since then we have set up another company and again put our money with Insignis and our son and daughter have put their savings with them as well. Perfect service, with ease and confidence we would 100% recommend.
