Phoned to renew my car insurance. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Great price for car insurance, I have been using this company for 8 years now and would highly recommend.

The lady I spoke to was very helpful
The lady I spoke to was very helpful. However, I had tried to renew my policy online but couldnt so emailed to say I was having problems. IF replied and said someone had tried to contact me but maybe had the wrong number. I checked for missed calls on mobile and landline- none. The lady I spoke to confirmed that both numbers you had on record were correct, so I'm not sure which numbers you were trying (if any). Also, when called initially I had the option of giving my D.O.B. and postcode to speed things up. After 5 minutes I gave up with that too so had to wait to speak to an actual person.
