I was pleased I used Inta Audio. The product I wanted was in stock and at a competitive price. Placing an order was easy, and I got confirmation plus shipping update. Can't really see how they could have done any better.

The new music PC is great, it's silent, quick and I don't notice it's there whilst I am working in the studio.
It did pick up a fault in transit to me unfortunately but Inta Audio were fab - they collected it the same day I called and returned it 4 days later. On the phone they were apologetic, helpful and explained things clearly. I would definitely use them again.

I found they had great prices for educational software. But a promo code was not applied to my order and when I contacted them (twice) to ask about it, I got no reply. I also sent two emails to ask questions about products on the website and received no reply. I'm not in the UK currently so I can't call them. I feel if they have a contact form on the website, and a customer service email address, someone should reply.

Absolute rubbish! They said they had delivered my parcel but I never received it!

Product extremely quickly delivered and was exactly as described, would happily use the company again

Very good customer service. I had a question prior to purchasing, which was answered promptly. Then when I put in my order they were quick to get back in touch and point out a potential problem with the configuration, which was quickly resolved. Then after I received the PC I had a further issue, which they again were able to resolve with a quick email.
Build time and delivery were well within the specified time range so that was very good.
My only suggestion for improvement would be more manuals should be included; there was a manual for the motherboard, but the case only had a basic diagram on the box it came in. There was no printed manual with the monitor (apart from a leaflet about fixing the stand) and it took me nearly an hour to work out where the ON button was. I eventually found a PDF manual online but would have preferred a printed copy in the box. Also, when I've previously bought PC's there's always been a sheet itemising all the components, but there wasn't one this time.

Item was sent in a box full of oily recycled strip shredded cardboard, which attached itself to the product's white carton and making it unsuitable to give as a gift for someone. The damage to the item carton was not possible to remove, without completely destroying the carton. So I had to keep the item for myself which I did not personally need, and then send another gift instead. The return policy meant it was financially unviable to send back, and I did not want to use the company again even for a replacement.

I cannot thank Inta Audio enough for building a PC that so far has proven to be reliable and tough enough for my most demanding of projects. Lots of RAM and a more than capable processor makes light work of orchestral libraries, VSTi's and plugins.
I would encourage you to use Inta Audio, glad I did!

Ordered an item only to be told it was out of stock.
If it ain't for sale, don't show it on your site or show it as zero stock and don't accept orders. Not rocket science. This was a time critical purchase.
Sad, because the other experiences have been good.

Great product and when I rang, I got great help from your people. That said, Brexit is a pain as this cost me €38 to 'import' to Ireland, which makes it rather expensive

Unit turned up in good time in good condition as expected. Very good service.

Ordered £350 worth of items from Inta Audio over a weekend bank holiday. The items were on next day and I paid for next day. Items should be delivered on the Wednesday. I received confirmation of the order and everything in stock. Tuesday late afternoon I’ve heard nothing from them. I called them and they said some of your items are out of stock and we are having a delivery Wednesday/Thursday. I’d already took the day off work to receive these items. So I did make it clear I wasn’t happy but ok that’s fine. I further asked what item were out of stock, they check and said all of your items. Remember on line says in stock. I further asked is this a guarantee that my items would get delivered by Friday. Response was yes. Can you please check with your supplier please. They checked and only 2 items would be delivered and the others unsure. I cancelled all orders from this company and now I have the privilege of having to wait for a refund of unto a week. No customer service and won’t be using again. Terrible. Ordered from Phase One DJ and my order comes today. That’s service. Also using Gear4music.

Have not used Inta-Audio before, but I decided to take the plunge and order a new music PC from them, based on their available build options and the pricing on their website. I’ve been very impressed and pleased with my overall experience, with pleasantly surprising personal service and regular contact from Kieran who built and arranged for my PC to be delivered to me inside 10 days. The PC itself is immaculately put together and I’m extremely pleased with it.
I had one query when my machine arrived and it was very easy to get through to Kieran, who was quickly able to answer my problem (which was entirely my mistake!). It’s great to find a company that’s still able to offer this level of service and this, coupled with the quality of my PC build, means I would certainly recommend them and I’m sure I will order other equipment from them in the future.

Let down by another company just before Christmas, called these guys who went and physically checked stock before I placed my order. Very knowledgeable and helpful 5 stars to all at intra audio, will deffo use you again
