We purchased a PA system from Inta-audio, just found them online as they were an excellent price when comparing other online companies. The product arrived but had a small issue, David Gibbs at Inta-audio was brilliant, he didn't leave the problem until it was completely sorted, nothing was too much trouble. I was looking for an additional couple of jack to jack instrument cables and found a pair of good quality ones at a very realistic price from Inta Audio. I have never used the company previously but was impressed with the choice and price of the merchandise. As a result I ordered two Stagg 6 metre cables. The cable price along with a modest delivery charge was simply excellent. Ordering was very easy, as was payment. Inta audio contacted me when the items were dispatched and they arrived within 3 days. The service all round was excellent and I will use this company again in future. I was more than satisfied with the service provided. Keep up the very good work.

I rarely leave reviews but for once I feel obliged to highlight the excellent service I experienced. This included an additional phone call from an actual real human (along with text and email) confirming the delivery of my custom built digital audio workstation.

It's not my first system but it's my first from Inta Audio and having looked inside the build is impressively solid. Having Windows preinstalled, optimised and configured was a massive help and I had not one single problem connecting my various bits of gear, not one (!) and there's usually something to cause hassle :)

Having offered my thanks I then learned Kieran was responsible for my build so yet more thanks a few weeks down the line, everything's running perfectly, quietly and ever so quickly.

Order processing and customer contact was very good and I got a PC that works, however, I'm only one week into using it. I would order branded items from Inta Audio as their order processing, contact and delivery are good, but I can't recommend their PC build or supply. The PC feels quite lightweight and flimsy, and this shows even more when you start to plug things in - there's a bit too much movement in everything, and you get the feeling something is going to break. Unfortunately, the peripherals are of the poorest quality. I did go for budget selections of monitor and mouse/keyboard set, but I still expect them to be functional, and any supplier's budget ranges should at least have a baseline of quality control (unless they don't care about setting a very low bar). I've certainly seen much better image quality on monitors of the same price, and this is really below par, even for a budget model. As for the mouse/keyboard, these are throw away items, which is exactly what I've done. If the mouse/keyboard is any further than about half a meter from the USB receiver it doesn't work, and even inside this distance they're both glitchy. The mouse just rattles constantly as you move it around because the battery cover is such a flimsy fit. I've replaced with a set from my local Supermarket, exactly the same price, but distinctly better quality.

So far at least, I can't recommend the aftersales support either. They did respond to my emails, but not with any useful answers. I was curious as to whether I could run three monitors off my PC, but when I asked they didn't know and said I might need a graphics card that included this in the specification (well they built the PC, so they should know). I went back to them to point out that my PC did have 3 ports - a VGA, HDMI and Display Port, so did this mean I could have three monitors? I just got the same sort of reply - "don't know, give it a try, might need a different graphics card". I didn't even get into whether I was talking about repeat or extended mode, but that's probably the first thing they should have asked before giving any advice at all.

Finally, no PC supplier should ever assume that their customers know what everything is and where everything plugs in. It can be confusing these days with different versions of USB, compatibility issues, and different connections for Audio Interfaces, etc. A simple graphic showing what everything was would have helped, but instead I had to go through the installation manual (the one computer technicians use to build the PC) to identify all of the ports and their compatibility.

They tried to charge me £12.99 delivery fee for software serial numbers! LOL. No way to remove the delivery fee from the payment screen either. Get a grip!

Terrible company. Placed an order online for two LED par cans on next day delivery yesterday. The website said they were in stock. No email confirmation of the order. Called later that day to ask why I hadn't received the email confirmation & tracking information & was told it had definitely been sent out & to check my spam folder. I already had. They assured me they would re-send the email. This morning, still no email & a delivery due anytime. Called again, only to be told that the par cans were actually out of stock & that they weren't sure why no one had told me about this. Why didn't the person I called yesterday tell me this??? What an absolute sham & now I have to wait a week for the refund before I can go elsewhere for some more. What made me most upset is that they didn't even seem that bothered about the whole thing. I'm assuming it's quite a common occurrence for them then! I'd avoid them like the plague, they don't value your custom.
