This product is very very poor.
Poor quality & very very poor customer service . I am frustrated trying to cancel my subscription & return the product.

I would leave no stars iof I could. This does not work and cannot hold a connection with the wi-fi. After telling us it made the connection we would get a red prompt saying you have to start over. This hapened 4 times in a row and we finally gave up. Worst roduct on the market.

I have made the BiG mistake buying THREE :-( !

Does anyone know how to return them?

Not just is the quality of the plasticy cameras POOR (I have had plastic tins of Xmas biscuits of a better quality) the app and connect-ability is absolutely useless as well!
Alarm bells started ringing as soon as I tried to read their terms and conditions (in poor english). Access to geo location data and photos, camera, microphone (excuse of course "they need it" so the device can communicate with the user, information on your device, model, model number(?) AND SiM details, IME!

I have tried to use a dummy phone (real phone with throw away SiM)...
I tried to reset the IntelliBell with the almost hidden reset button on the back as well as the the bell push button at the front to no avail.
The irritating tiny voice out of the IntelliBell tells me it is connecting to the bluetooth and wifi installs up to about 80% before displaying an error message telling me that "BiNDiNG" (???) has failed.

Binding? I have had serious issues with communication coming from the China office of a multinational software company before. The Chinese speakers (PLURAL) english was at best ambiguous. When translating from chinese to english the words used had been close but not right causing confusion and problems of understanding the actual issue.
So, what do they mean by "BiNDiNG has failed"?

The quality of everything to do with the IntelliBell is so poor (Hardware, software and communication with the company), that it is not worth the hassle. STAY AWAY FROM THIS POOR QUALITY video doorbell!
AND TO TOP IT ALL THEIR APP IS BOMBARDING ME WITH ADVERTISING FOR ALL SORTS FROM
INTERNET SERVICES TO QR-APPS = VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY COMPANY -> STAY AWAY!!!

Not even worth 1 star...complete waste of money. Never worked properly but completely stopped working after 5 months guarantee is for 30 days only. So no refund, no exchange.. despicable company ... Steer clear.

Do Not purchase this door chime camera, very poor camera resolution, very short battery life(2 days) and audio is barely audible. This company hides behind their 30 day refund policy, and from what I believe time starts at time of sale, it took 18 days for delivery.
I do not recommend this item or the company that sells them, the product is not fit for purpose and not as described in the promotional literature.

Absolute rubbish worked for a week then stopped working not sure if it’s worth trying to get a refund I think it’s a pure scam

Horrendous, useless product, unhelpful support,. Product did not last a week. Flimsy, poorly made and a total waste of money. Do not go near this company

What made my experience great was comparing the prices. A unit with such high praise and being a number one choice, but costing a fraction of the cost of other known brands brought to mind the saying- if it is too good to be true then it's possibly not.

I did not buy one. But this was my experience.

was non existant in as much as I was just referred to warranty and told to source my own help re batteries. Very disappointed and will be contacting consumer affairs

Unfortunately, Didn't read the reviews before purchasing this product. They tried all ways to get me to keep it...even sending a return label that was too big for the item! Managed to return it anyway. I paid £72 for the video doorbell. After paying £5 postage and £5 admin fee, they didn't mention the 12% vat on the refund so I only received £53 back. Turns out, that because I paid in 3 with PayPal, they obviously still need to be paid so I only received £30 back so I'm almost £50 out of pocket....quite a scam they have going...well done Intellibell

This video doorbell arrived with little or no instructions. Once in situ, when the doorbell sounded it only signalled my iPhone several minutes later, which makes that function virtually useless. It's now saying the battery is at 20% and although I've taken the doorbell apart, there appears to be no batteries? and no video anywhere explaining how to replace on the internet. Very disappointed considering it cost £50

Stay clear of purchasing from this company! I ordered a doorbell and it took so long to come I had to order elsewhere over a week later which still came 2 days before! Then the handling I had trying to get my refund which I still didn't manage to get in the end but got that fed up chasing it I just gave up! Never again would I consider purchasing anything from this company

The manufacturers of Intellibell run a money-back policy for unsatisfied customers. I countacted them about my dissatisfaction with the 3 Intellibells I purchased for $164.80. I called their Customer Service and was told to send them an email describing the problem and they would send me a shipping label and tracking number so I could make the return and get a refund. More than a month later I had not heard from them. I called them again and they said to resend the email. I did that 2 weeks ago and have not yet heard from them. I'm convinced this product is a SCAM

The productvwas poorly made and had poor image quality and color. I asked for a refund, contacted and sent in all requested information and I has gotten no resolution!

Absolute terrible appliances got front door bell/camera absolute waste of money doesn't connect to your WiFi and cost £70 please people don't go near these and you can't find easy information to send it back for refund terrible product

Would give it a -10 if I could, stay away from this company, they took 2 payments from me for 1 item which I told them about immediately and am still waiting over a wk later, I never looked on here before ordering, (humongous mistake) , but I did after I noticed they'd taken 2 payments so I tried to cancel my order, (within an hr of placing it) , no response again and then I get a notification saying it's on its way, ppl please PLEASE stay away from this company, just wish ide looked on here 1st so too late for me but hopefully I can save others from been scammed , deadbeat firm 😡😡

The intelli bell is OK as a standard door bell for about £25.
But as a camera doorbell at £71 it is no use at all the motion sensor does to pick people up and the camera is very poor quality.
You need to have door bell unit very close to wifi router or it does not work
The Co needs taking to the standard office as its false adverising.
Tying to contact over issue but no response at all from them trouble is these Co scam people out of thousands they pay reviews sites to push product and give good reviews I think in future I will only look at reviews from trust pilot and buy only via Amazon I may pay slightly more but no hassle if product problems.
