Intercity Removals Avis 

This was not the best experience I've ever had. To start, I was persuaded to hire three vans for £ 1,600, and on the day, only two were needed. I was convinced of the need for a third van by an assessor over a video call. He assured me that my possessions would not fit in 2. On the day, everything comfortably fit 2 vans. Then there is the issue of things taken and left behind. In my instructions, I made it clear that certain items were to be kept because they were not needed or were being donated to charity, and others should be taken to my new house. Things that were supposed to be left were taken, and those that were supposed to be taken were left. This has resulted in a lot of extra work on my part, getting rid of things in Cheltenham and driving to Birmingham to transport what was left behind. While the workers worked hard, they also seem preocupied with clocking off and enjoying the sunshine. While I can simpathise, I was also paying £1600 for the privalidge. Note very happy and would not hire them again.

Shane, Ben, Horntiu and Azmer were excellent at helping us to move to our new house. They went above and beyond in carrying out removal and are a credit as representatives of Intercity Removals to such an extent that I would have no hesitation in recommending the company to anybody I know who would need the services of a removal company.

Fast, efficient and safe removal of items to the vans. Even emptied the loft which we were told we needed to do. Helped seal and pack up last odd bits I had missed. Everything put where we needed it in new house.

We had an outstanding experience with Intercity Removals. Ben, Shane, Pawel, and Azmer were absolutely fantastic.

Arriving on time, full of energy, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire move. What is usually the most stressful part of moving was completely the opposite, they made everything feel easy and even enjoyable!

They worked incredibly hard, on a hot day, took great care with all our belongings, and went above and beyond by deconstructing and rebuilding furniture with no fuss at all. We couldn’t have asked for a better team. Highly recommended and would definitely use them again!

Ben, Pavel and Will were excellent. They did a great job on a scorching day! Our house in Bristol is very tricky to access via stairs but they did the move easily. Everything was done well and quick, whilst taking care of our belongings. I would not hesitate to use again

What more can I say, I don’t lift a finger they moving the easier we have had to do.

Nothing was a problem and the boys went above and beyond.

Highly recommended, I would not hesitate to use again.

We were reassured that the experience would be as stress free as possible and it was. The team were professional, supportive and sensitive to our needs.

There was a fantastic atmosphere all day amongst the team (Shane Luke Razvan Hussein and Stuart) who were more than happy to help - by the end of the day it was like they were part of the family!

We have used intercity several times without a problem until this last time. I thought they were very efficient in packing our belongings
and moving us. However over time as we have unpacked we have discovered some items have gone missing which as we have only just finished emptying boxes have only just come to light. To be honest it wasn't the only issue so I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This was the second time that I have used Intercity. Once again they were outstanding from start to finish. Declan and Pawel were timely, extremely polite and helpful and were so efficient in ensuring the move was successful. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Everyone I dealt with at Intercity Removals made my move 125 miles away go smoothly from the first reply to my initial enquiry to the unloading of the van into my house. They are all polite, friendly and patient. On the day Yas and Auras were so helpful and quickly and carefully moved my furniture and boxes 125 miles coping well with the narrow road and cramped parking in my new street. I could not have asked for more from them.

A fantastic and professional experience from enquiry to move. Would highly recommend the company and if you can get the team we had, then you are on to a winner. Ben, Chris and Puiu arrived on time, were polite and respectful and even accepted a cuppa from me without complaint! ( I don't make a good cuppa at anytime)
Fully focussed on the job the guys worked hard to get the job done without scrimping on consideration for all our things, even the crappy stuff we had accumulated over the years!
Where needed they ensured items were safely wrapped and transported and went above and beyond moving even the smallest items, without a murmur or a grumble!
The guys involved us in all parts of their delivery to our new house....asking where things went, making sure items went to the right rooms etc.
Once the job was completed, the guys made sure we were satisfied and left. All in all a great experience with the firm and the delivery guys and would be happy the recommend the guys doing the job and the company itself. and would use again ndighly recommend
