3 times I’ve been cut off. What’s going on? You’ve paid your money for tickets and nobody wants to speak to you. It’s a disgrace. Don’t book with these people.

First time sailing from Southampton took advantage of the p&o complimentary coach transfer
Everything was handled by our efficient travel agent Barrhead
Only had to print documents ourselves
Coach transfer were on time and pleasant drivers
Give credit where due to both Barrhead and Intercruises

by far the worst travel experience we have had since cruising with P&O. coach on the way down was fine, the return was like a trip to hell. packed the coach with other passengers from other cruise lines, so had to wait on the coach for 90 mins until those passengers were transfered to us, then a 3 hour drive with no break to make up time. only stopping for 30mins to grab dinner, bathroom break. then no more bathroom stops. kids were allowed to run up and down the ailes of the coach while moving. a family of four taking up 8 seats as they wanted to sleep! all in all a very depressing way to travel. wont be booking again.

you cant hold of anyone to discuss a concern. There is no email address and the comment box they provide has limited word space . Been on hold for 3rd time and then get cut off. Poor after care service

We have booked a cruise with P&0, and decided to go with the free coach travel option to travel to Southampton using Intercruises, rather than leave our car in a car park for a week.
Intercruises wanted payment, despite the initial booking being for free coach travel as stated on the booking.
Attempts to call Intercruises to sort the matter out, were extremely frustrating. Twice we got through after hanging on for well in excess of 30 minutes each time, before they cut us off. After a further 50 minute wait when we got no reply, we gave up.
After our experience, and also reading the appalling reviews written about Intercruises, we have lost all confidence in the company.
P & O are so efficient, it's a shame that Intercruises rather let the side down.
We have now booked a car to travel to the port. In all honesty, we simply don't feel we can rely on Intercruises to get us there by coach.
Maybe our experience is a blessing in disguise.

cant complete a booking - says ive already booked - says call a number - do this - you are kept waiting for around 15 minutes and cut off. Managed to connect (after trying all day) and was making the booking with a lady and the call was cut off

Our return journey from S/hampton was provided by Sills coaches. Good driver but filthy dirty coach, no USB ports or internet as usual on Ellisons. Will never use or recommend again.
Tried for ages to book
Tried for ages to book. Do not answer the telephone. We have a free return courtesy of Cunard but if we try and book on line it wants to charge me £184. Very dissatisfied with this company. Fortunately our cruise is in November so I have plenty of time to try snd book, again and again etc.
Endless time booking a coach
Getting through to speak to someone took days. Once through took 15 mins to book.
Unprofessional, hope the trip OK. Not holding breath!
First time we have used Intercruises
First time we have used Intercruises, previously had fly-cruises, this was the first time we have sailed from Southampton. We received a travel voucher by email prior to travelling from Keele services M6, we were picked up on time from Keele for our trip down to the docks, the driver was very helpful, he loaded the cases onto the coach and the next time we saw them was in our suite onboard the ship, the coach was very modern and comfortable. A week later the return journey was equally as pleasant, we arrived back at Keele 20 minutes after the estimated time which given motorway closures and having to take an alternative route was not bad at all. We had no issues at all with Intercruises and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Intercruises are terrible, I have tried to contact them on numerous occasions, even speaking to a lady with a Scot’s accent twice, who incidently cut me offline on both occasions, listening to the jazz music playing for over 3 hours in total trying to book a seat on one of

Unacceptable
Last year our P&O coach transfers with Intercruise were excellent so we used them again this year. Unfortunately we had a lot of problems prior to travel firstly with them emailing us to say we hadn’t paid even though it was included with P&O and then once that was sorted we received another email to say we had cancelled!! Finally sorted but a bit worrying! The outbound journey was fine, coach on time, reasonably comfortable and 2 stops. However the return journey was a shambles. Every seat on the coach was filled, with numerous stops so it was very cramped and hot. Uncomfortable seats and very little leg room. The driver was miserable and didn’t speak to us ONCE to provide information! We only stopped once between Southampton and Bolton and that was after 1pm when we had all been ready to disembark at 8.30 this was excessive. We each had to ask him how long the stop was for and what time he wanted us back on the coach as he hadn’t told us. He then went past the turn off at Bolton TWICE and inevitably all passengers left very disgruntled. Disappointing and P&O need to have some serious discussions with Intercruises before renewing contract.

I have tried 3 times today to book a coach travelling with P&O. Twice this morning after 10-12 minutes I managed to get through and then asked me a reference and the phone went dead

Shocking!
We've only found out today that the coach we had booked in November from Newcastle to Southampton ( and return ) has been cancelled. We're sailing in less than 30 days so now we're trying to find another way to get there but it's looking like I'll have to drive the 320 miles to the port. How this company stays in business is beyond me and like most people here, we'll never book with you again. If I could give you zero stars, I would.

Intercruises contacted us last week saying bus to Southampton cancelled, this was only a month before our departure! The reason given was lack of numbers but we feel they should have provided an alternative, mini bus, taxi etc. We now have to drive down and back, a round trip of nearly 500 miles, and stay overnight in an hotel. This will cost considerably more than the coach fare, hence the reason we booked it! It has caused us lots of stress as well as the added expense. A week later we are still waiting for our refund. We will never use this company again .

A confident driver, Patrick has kept us smiling with his humerous remarks :) The coach has been diverted but he is in control of the situation and has kept us all informed throughout.
