Ordered some flowers on the 3rd for selivery on the 4th for a friend in Taiwan. They did not arrive on time so I called and asked why. I was told the USA handle international orders and my order was "on hold" as they could not deliver it on the 4th. I requested it be delivered on the next possible day. Its now the 6th and no update on delivery. What an absolute farce and way beyond a joke. I would never ever use Interflora again and would suggest to anyone wanting to send flowers use a local florist.
I wouldn’t even give ONE STAR if I had the option!!!
Interflora used to be THE VERY BEST place to get gorgeous flowers delivered anywhere in Australia.

I ordered these flowers, for an EXORBITANT price, but did so happily believing they would be delivered on the actual date, Tuesday 28th January.
It all went through, all was great, until I had a missed call on my phone that morning saying they didn’t have the correct fishbowl pot for the plants, and after 20 EMAILS back and forth, they finally offered a solution in paying an EXTRA $60 to have it specially ordered in, but they wouldn’t arrive until today, Friday 31st January.
I was in emergency all day yesterday, trying to pay this extra money in time, under so much stress and anxiety and physical agony I can’t even begin to tell you.
I FINALLY managed to pay the extra, and I was GUARANTEED this item would be delivered this MORNING as shown in the picture online.
It is 530pm, Interflora is closed for the afternoon and weekend.
I have emailed 8 times today, and was again PROMISED they would be here this afternoon.
They are NOT here.
Like I said, it’s the sentiment behind them, which I repeatedly explained to Interflora, and now it’s been a waste of HOURS AND HOURS of time, anxiety, stress, exhaustion, disappointment, and just like ripping open my precious Mummah’s death all over again.
My son could have been given a piece of blank paper for his 21st, and he wouldn’t have cared because he’s such a wonderful and compassionate, amazing young man.
But this was a promise made on my mother’s DEATHBED, and for so many years beforehand.
My son doesn’t even LIKE flowers, but these meant so much because they were a symbol of my Mum, his treasured Nonni.
I’ve now spend $280 (TWO HUNDRED AND EIGHTY DOLLARS!!!!!) for TWO purple orchids in a fishbowl tank.
We have NOTHING.
I would rate 0 if it was available. Took my order and confirmed it. Then on the day the order was supposed to be delivered - they cancel it! They could have told me days before but didn’t - instead leaving my elderly Mum with nothing on an important birthday - The worst service ever. Do not use these people - they are a joke.

Then you'll get a call advising that they cannot fulfill your order and a refund will be processed. May take several days to receive funds.

From the UK, we ordered flowers well in advance for delivery on my sister's birthday. None were delivered, at all. It was rather embarrassing and sad. We have been reimbursed, but that is not the point.
I should have paid heed to the past negative reviews!!!! On a Friday I ordered a $200 bouquet for a funeral in India to be delivered the following day. When the flowers did not arrive for the funeral on Saturday, I called the Mumbai office and they informed me they had not received the order. I then called the Melbourne office on Monday (the office was closed on Sunday) and after a few phone calls to and fro, was informed that the office in Mumbai could not deliver the flowers and that the money would be reimbursed. Very very poor service - no communication although they had the contact details. Extremely disappointing. Once bitten, twice smart. I will never order through Interflora again.
Ordered a bunch called Classique Rose for a bereavement. Spent hours choosing it because it was meant to include white roses. The actual delivery was an embarrassment and major disappointment at a time when I really wanted to support my Auntie. So unhappy with customer service when lodging complaint - offered 20% off. Complete joke and waste of time.
Ordered on a Saturday for Mothers day to which there wasn't any notice online to advise I had pasted the cut off time for tomorrow delivery. Waited all Sunday to no avail and suddenly came on Monday afternoon. Emailed customer service and they replied when I had ordered was well past the cut off time for mother's day delivery. I replied, If I had pasted the time for next day delivery, then why still process my order? Shouldn't your system deny my order as I did not meet the criteria! Then no reply.
I just want to say how happy I was with the international service from interflora(Australia)...the bouquet was beautiful and was delivered on time..recipient was over the moon. Would use again
I have ordered the colourful florist’s choice and paid extra for a large bunch for my sister’s 50th Birthday. Well the flowers had only 2 colours…violet and red, which is a very strong colour combination and does not go well together. Plus, the size was far from large! Paid around 160 for something that was not worth it at all. It was delivered on time though.

I ordered flowers for a funeral and the photo was a white photo spray with a white ribbon (cost extra). The sent an ugly multicoloured display that was inappropriate for a funeral—culturally this is unacceptable. The ribbons generally have something printed on them, but whatever.
I got in touch with customer service to complain because the flowers were inappropriate and ugly. I spent almost $400 and they hide behind their fine print and said they couldn’t do anything because it was an “affiliate florist”. I paid them, not an affiliate and I am furious (even 3 days later). DO NOT USE
Would do 0 stars if an option! Definitely a scam ! My mum ordered me a bouquet of flowers for my birthday. They were never delivered at all and when trying to contact emails bounced back and no answer on phones.
Chose a beautiful arrangement of flowers to send to my Dad on the passing of his wife. They were $154 & looked nothing like the picture on their website. I sent Interflora a photo of the flowers my Dad received & they couldn’t care less. Beware if you are thinking of using them & check their reviews as I found this common practice for them to send less than what you paid for. Very disappointed in their lack of empathy or customer service. If I could give them no stars I would.
My daughter ordered flowers for me fir mothers day(australia) she could not choose Sunday fir delivery so chose sat. They did not arrive when she complained they said well it's a busy weekend!! They did finally turn up but not what was pictured at all. It should have been predominantly lilies as that is my favourite flowere but the main flowers were very old white roses, be lucky to last 2 days. There were 3 teeny tiny closed lily buds but as the arrangement is in oasis they will die before they bloom. When I see how much they cost her I am so upset for her. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service and flowers
I ordered a large bouquet of vibrant pink flowers for a funeral. Flowers delivered were a few very old, wilted purple flowers, nothing like what the photo/description showed. I asked for a refund repeatedly and was told repeatedly by the Interflora manager that the flowers have been sent and there is definitely no refund. I felt that she has said this many times before to previous customers who wanted a refund. She was very hard and adamant about NO REFUND. I was scammed and ripped off $200.
I had ordered a bouquet of seasonal flowers for a dear friend over in Denmark that really needed cheering up on her birthday. I placed an order for same day delivery as guaranteed delivery if ordered before 2 and this was not the case. If I hadn’t followed up I was never going to be notified that it was not going to arrive. It is now 6 days post order and no delivery and no refund. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
Ordered flowers only to get emailed the next day to say that they can’t do it and that my refund will take 3 or more days to process. What a joke.
I organised a scheduled delivery 3 day’s in advance of a beautiful dried flower arrangement for my Mum’s birthday. I was told on the evening of her birthday that the driver could not perform the delivery and the delivery would be made the day following. On the day following I received no update, nor was the delivery made.
I was then advised that there was a staff member who was deliberately not handing over orders, I was offered no compensation or discount on my order despite the fact that the incapable staff member not doing their job being entirely not my fault.
Was then advised that all they could offer was an extra box of chocolates as an apology, also that the flowers I asked for were not available and all I would get was the florists choice should I wish to continue.
I received no follow up, no proactive communication and no compensation on this order. It was an entirely terrible experience, and I feel as though Interflora took no responsibility for this at all more so just passing blame. When I called to ask for an update on my email asking if I could get a refund, the customer service rep I spoke to was incredibly rude and acted as if I was putting him out asking for a confirmation that the refund was processed.
Really disappointing from all aspects, I would not recommend at all.
Flowers delivered were not the flowers ordered. No phone call to check if delivery should go ahead with different flowers. Alternative flowers looked old not fresh. Arrangement looked like a 5 year old had done it. No satisfaction from customer service or the florist used. AVOID this service
