Dont trust this company

STOLE OUR MONEY. No delivery, no message, no notification. Emailed them 3 times, called twice. First Christmas without our daughter ruined wondering what had gone wrong with her gift. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I will never trust them with a special occasion again. Useless, frustrating and couldn't care less that it upset us.

Waste of money and false advertising.

Ordered a Gift for $207, a Fruit Basket with Sparkling Wine and Chocolates and an extra Bouquet of Seasonal Flowers, for my friends birthday.
First, I paid for a Basket instead they delivery a box so that's false advertising. Second, they called her at 4:30 pm when they were closing their shop. then My friend was leaving her home because she has a plan. She can stay all day waiting for it.
Third, when She gave an instruction leaving the gift at from her door. They decided that they will deliver the gift the next day and also the flowers were not fresh, from the attached picture you can see the petals have wilted and are discoloured.

Very unhappy 🙁

I have been using your services for 36 yr. I'm so disappointed with recent delivery. I had sent flowers to my aunt and 4 week later I ordered identical arrangement for my mother. No baloons?and little box of chocolates,not very satisfying. I have images of both deliverys, very different. Not very happy at all.

Ordered flowers for mothers day and after 2 days following up I've been told they hav cancelled the order and refunded my money due to load of orders! And mother's day is already over! Unbelievable
They could've say this earlier at least or not taking the order in the first place....

This would have to be the worst online purchase experience I have ever had!!

To summarise my recent experience with this company. I rang their support line as I was having difficulty with the online payment page, and I also wanted to confirm that the delivery date I had selected, March 18th, was going to be possible as it was the same day but in the UK which is 10 hours behind. I was told that it was definitely going to be delivered the same day March 18th so I went ahead and completed the order. I spoke with the recipient in the UK the next morning (Aus time - evening on March 18th UK time) and nothing had arrived. I immediately rang Interflora to cancel the order as it had not been delivered in the agreed time frame. I received an email yesterday to say the item had been delivered on March 19th at 4pm.
I rang to talk to someone at Interflora and had a rather unpleasant conversation with one of their support people, he basically told me that I would never have been told that it would be delivered on the same day even if I could select that date online whilst ordering so therefore I was lying. This would have to the worst online purchase experience I have ever had. I am very disappointed and upset.

First and last time user of Interflora

Ordered some flowers for my mums birthday. Was able to select Saturday as the delivery date (which suggests to me that if you can select it as an option then they must be able to deliver on that date). They didn't come on Saturday and neither did they come on Sunday. I sent an email to them on Sunday saying please cancel my order if they don't arrive by today. They replied at 830am on Monday and refused to cancel my order and said it would be sent out first thing that day (which they weren't and didn't get to my mum until midday). I caught them out lying to me twice and they just kept making excuses. Will never use them again.

Interflora is a daylight robbber

Terrible - an ugly table flower arrangement was delivered instead of what we picked in their webiste. We paid A$240. Will not recommend Interflora. Readers this is the genuine review.

I ordered flowers for a funeral and…

I ordered flowers for a funeral and paid more than $100. What was delivered was not what was pictured. The basket and bouquet was tiny, the flowers were wilted, smaller, discoloured and completely different from what I ordered. I ordered pink and white flowers. I got old purple ones. They said that the flowers pictured may not be available, but something similar would be delivered. I asked for a refund but the manager argued and argued that the flowers delivered were wonderful and as they had already been made up by the florist, I could not get a refund. Do not pay Interflora. Never again. Go to Woolies or Coles.

Ordered flowers and chocolates for my sister-in-law's Birthday. They happily took my money, and then sent an "oh, by the way, our florist in the area is on holidays - we can deliver in 2 weeks" message.

Bad customer service and Low standards

I placed an order through interflora for 2 balloons and a box of chocolates, which was $75 total. What was sent by the florist was , 2 stick balloons- $6 each, supermarket chocolates dumped into a bag-$20 and delivery $12 (quoted by the florist herself) . The florist had the audacity to charge $20 for a 'labouring fee' even though presentation was below average- no ribbon, no nice paper , just the cheap bag sticky taped shut. Interflora do not care, they agreed the photo looked under value but had a "too bad" attitude.

I paid for a bouquet; I got a bucket

I ordered a flower arrangement which came to just under $100, including delivery fee.

I selected a specific flower arrangement which included roses and gerberas in mostly red, orange and yellow hues for a special occasion: the bouquet shown in the picture looked to have something in the region of 15-20 large flowers, plus a variety of smaller background flowers.

That is not what was delivered.

Interflora's website states that "In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements." I completely understand that not all flowers are available all the time, but what I got wasn't even remotely close.

The flower arrangement received was only about half the size: 8 large flowers with a few basic daisies as a filler and the colours were predominately purple, yellow and white.

I won't be recommending Interflora to anyone I like.

We put in an order for funeral flowers…

We put in an order for funeral flowers and they let us know five days AFTER the funeral that they did not deliver. I am so sad we could not show our grief because of them. They state on their website that due to the current situation they have a shortage on flowers and might replace the order with something else similar. But cancelling the order long after the delivery date is just horrible, especially when the delivery was for a funeral.
Never again will I use this delivery service.
