Transaction was easy to complete and service is 1st class as always from a great company. Keep it going IPSL, I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my cladding.

Excellent communication. Answered all questions I had. Very pleased with the quality of product. Delivery was very good all arrived safely and within the timescale stated.

We visited the show room as not sure about the designs or different types. The person who showed us round was helpful and clear. Order arrived quickly as promised. The bathrooms aren't complete yet so haven't tested the panels but they look great.

Delivery and communication was OK. Product was mediocre. The main failure was that I was sent panels from 2 different batches. Two shades of white on a ceiling just doesn't work and any professional supplier would have known that before dispatching.

I ordered some more adhesive for wall panels.
5 star because it came so quickly even though, delivery was quoted as 3-7 days.

The courier service you use is rubbish. My tracking info has said preparing for delivery since Friday. I have emailed them as I can't find any phone numbers. But they have not replied. If I don't here anything from them in the next 24 hours I will be looking for a full refund from you. This is delaying the project and Its unlikely I will be ordering paneling for the other bathroom from you.

Ordered a 2 board panel shower kit - arrived unannounced. Marked fragile, when unwrapped found both boards damaged along edge due to poor level of protection.
Contacted IPSL by email, following a telephone conversation and apology.

Used to replace the ceiling in toilets at the rugby club. Excellent product, easy to install and looks great.

Panels are great, nice bright terracotta for the WC. Trim looks great too. It was missed off the 1st delivery though but was sent immediately, good customer service. Would definitely use IPSL again. 👍

Very helpful company with old fashioned proper service

Ordering and delivery were straight forward and i was kept well informed. product is excellent and easy to cut install according to my fitters. My only criticism would be in your advertising the panels i chose Aquaclad concrete tile effect are displayed with tiles shown in a landscape orientation which is not the way the installation guide tells you to fit them also there is only one small line of text telling you to fit them staggered this should be made clearer to make sure you have enough boards when taking into account waste. I also had a good friend help me calculate how many boards i would need. I could not have done this easily myself. I don't know if you have anyone who could help with this remotely. Very happy with the result though.
