Company well worth dealing with.
Having tried numerous local suppliers for a piece of toughened glass to go in my kitchen as a splashback to the cooker, and being greeted by from total disinterest to abject apathy, fast approaching despair, I found this companies website, left my details for a ringback and continued searching. Within 2 minutes IPSL rang me back (initial shock) and quickly dealt with my enquiry. Paid by card, gave delivery details and 4 days later the item arrived, well packaged, undamaged and was exactly what I needed. It is now in place and serves its purpose to a tee. A HUGE thanks to IPSL staff for treating me as a customer, being polite, efficient and on the ball. A company well worth dealing with. Best regards PHH.

Second time I have ordered ceiling panels from IPSL. The website is clear and helpful with fitting instructions and FAQs which made ordering easy. Delivery fast and on time and most importantly an excellent quality product that is easy to install and looks great.

Happy with the panels, there was some damage but it was rectified.

Damaged panels
Most panels had end damage but I had to cut then down so was OK.but one panels had a hole in it in middle.needs to be packed a bit better maybe use damaged surprise panels top and bottom to protect package.

Service Outstanding
Panels were ordered and prompt communication to advise that no stock was available. We were happy to wait until new stock arrived, however the following day we were advised that stock was located which enabled our kitchen to be complete for Christmas and prevent the next jobs being delayed.
Excellent communication throughout and followed by prompt delivery.
From a product review these are excellent quality and friends have commented on the quality.
