Poor customer service
Unfortunately my experience has not been good. Could not get through on phone - waiting on hold almost an hour on 24/7/26 before giving up. Then filled in on line form with my query with no response despite this being over a week ago. I have little faith in this company and do not recommend if you want to rely on customer service to query something prior to activating your voucher.
Re your reply comment below I have supplied my personal details and look forward to hearing from you. 17th Aug and not heard back - not good enough so the 1 star stands.

Great Flying Lesson
I received a gift voucher for a flying lesson and booked it at Tibenham, Norfolk. Voucher was easy to use and booking with Steve at the flight school was excellent.
The one hour flight, also with Steve, was brilliant, and he went out of his way to accommodate things to make the experience go well. Highly recommend Tibenham flight school and everyone involved.

Although I did purchase a voucher it wasn't quite what I wanted. I wanted a monetary voucher which could be used on any trip from our local heritage train station. I eventually found a family ticket for blue or green days valid at several places but not as flexible as I would have liked.
