I’ve bought a few different inverts on different occasions and the service is fantastic every time from ordering to delivery great company, great packaging and inverts always been alive and healthy would definitely recommend this company
I've ordered a couple of times from Invertebrate supplies and the animals I've purchased have been healthy, active and well packaged. I bought hooded katydids and they are just the most beautiful little nymphs feeding well on bramble. The second time i went to order 3 mantis but unfortunately 2 of the species were out of stock at the time of purchase. This was rectified efficiently and I wasn't charged postage for the disappointment which I thought was a kind gesture. Will definitely be a returning customer. I emailed to ask for one of my orders to be dispatched on a certain day and I got a quick reply and they accommodated my wishes. The prices are on the higher side for some species but you are guaranteed to receive healthy animals so it's well worth it. They stock such a wide variety of invertebrates which tempts me every time I visit the website lol 😂😂 must. Stop. Buying. Invertebrates. All in all a fantastic experience. I Couldn't recommend this website more if I tried. It's got everything I was looking for with great postage and packaging too. The company are full of knowledge when it comes down to your all so weird and wonderful creatures. I've recommended this page to friends and family. Any issues or questions are resolved super quickly . 10/10 would recommend
