Invictus Active Avis 201

I was reccomended Invictus through other disabled people and I was 100% happy with the service they have provided. I went for a custom wheelchair which was the argon 2 with e-motion wheels. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable and was extremely helpful with helping me aquire my first custom chair.

I recently purchased the active track wheel along with the off road wheels and they are brilliant. Being able to move on grass more freely without constantly getting the castor wheels stuck is a game changer. The staff are always helpful and I shall continue to being a returning customer. If anyone is hesitant please don't be you won't regret it.

I needed a replacement footrest for my wheelchair and found a suitable option on the invictus active website giving me the option to cut the tube myself, as a former engineer I knew that I could manage this so followed the YouTube video on the website how to measure the tube thickness and ordered the replacement footrest it's suitable for using to connect a trackwheel attachment too so an added bonus as I have one of those, the communication about delivery is really clear and detailed and delivery was exceptionally quick, the footrest was exactly as described and I was able to cut the tubes to fit using a hacksaw and had the footrest fully fitted in around 20 minutes, as expected I needed to tighten the grub screws the next day to ensure it will stay in place when using the trackwheel and I expect I'll need to check this from time to time as with any of the other nuts and bolts on the wheelchair, I went out to do parkrun in my wheelchair with the trackwheel and found it was pretty much perfect I'm really happy with my footrest and the entire experience of buying from invictus active and I will be back again next time I need to repair or replace my wheelchair

I purchased some off-road tires and I'm absolutely thrilled with them!

I bought the Invictus Active Wheelchair Trainer in a bid to kick-start my cardio fitness after losing my leg a couple of years ago.
Delivery was prompt and, with some help from a few videos, I was able to put the machine together with little fuss. I was surprised at how little space it takes up (a) when being stored and (b) being used.
Setting up and beginning to use the trainer is relatively straightforward and every time I needed any help at all I got extremely helpful and speedy email replies from the team. The team also sent numerous emails to support the whole process over the next couple of days and this helped a lot.
There are useful tutorial videos by Ella, which really helped getting started but it is fairly simple to create a workout of your own.
Up to this point I would say 5 stars out of 5.

However, I opted to pay £100 extra for the "Smart" model, which comes with a speed and distance sensor, heart rate monitor and additional 2kg weights as well as access to an app called 'Wahoo'.
Currently, I don't feel that I am getting any extra value from the additional tech and app. I do have emails saying that more support is coming around the wahoo app and sensors but feel that the extra outlay has not yet proven to be worth it.
I use another app (Seconds), which I find easy to set up tabata-style.wrlorkouts. This suits me at present because I'm looking for fitness in general, rather than going for a specific distance or speed, which I guess Wahoo is set up for.
It's a small but expensive gripe on my part which I hope will be resolved as more functionality and support comes along through Invictus.
Above all, however, the Wheelchair Trainer has allowed me to re-start my cardio fitness in a fun and easy way, with lots of support from the team and I'm looking forward to feeling the benefits as time goes on.

I visited Invictus Active yesterday and had a most enjoyable experience. Upon arrival I was impressed with a reserved signposted parking spot. I was impressed by the young man who dealt with me, he listened to what I had to say when I explained my intended purchases without giving me the usual sales talk and upselling speech. Even the admin staff were most helpful when called upon for help.
This is the place to go to when you have mobility needs.

I ordered the Vigeo Off-Road Wheels to help me manoeuvre through the snow/slush/ice we get during Scottish winter, and they did not disappoint! The team got in contact to let me know that the wheels were on back order and it would be several weeks until they would be in the UK and available for delivery. They offered an ex-demo set for a cheaper price, but I was happy just to wait. They were absolutely worth the wait!!

Great customer Service and good response times

From first contact the whole team were helpful and considerate. Visit were never rushed, even when it was obviously end of the day some staff stayed to ensure everything was sorted before i left. Nothing seemed too much trouble, plus some of the team there are wheelchair users, so not only are they knowledgeable they also have first hand expetience. They also guide you to whats right for you as a customer, not what is the most expensive, infact guided me away from certain expensive items where my budget was better uaed elsewhere. Great great experience all round. Oh and unlike some other companies, phone messages or emails get replied to as soon as they can. Will be using them for all my future equipment needs.

Brought off road tyres and bloody love em

From first contact to David arriving to measure my Daughter for her new chair was perfect, we even got a late evening video call on a Friday night so she could see the colours offered rather than relying on the screen colours from the website.

I got my first active manual wheelchair through Invictus Active, and they have been nothing more than amazing! Great staff and the fact they took the time to understand my needs and allow for flexible payment plans makes all the difference!

I’ve ordered from invictus a few times now for accessories for my track wheel. I can honestly say that this company are great. I had to contact the team for help and advise and I was met with welcoming and happy staff on the phone. Also email responses are quick and informative. The products I received were shipped fast and well packed. I would highly recommend invictus active for any mobility aids needed.

The payment plans are an incredible option especially as they are flexible so you can pay more than what is suggested each month to shorten the payback time.
Customer service was alright however replies took a long time to be received and sometimes it became unnecessarily confusing.
They did help massively when my footplate was damaged and helped to sort the issue quickly.
Overall an incredibly useful company

Invictus have been great! They arranged to come out so I could test a variety of power options, I ended up ordering a Ecoassist there and then! Fantastic help when I had an issue with it too.

Amazing company. Great customer services. I bought an invictus trainers and still going strong 5 years after using it nearly everyday and lately had an issue with a pump and tgey helped me via whatsapp. Highly recommend

I’ve never been to Invictus because I’m not in the UK, but their TikTok videos helped me decide which power assist I wanted! I went with the smoov and it’s been so great! It’s not a commonly ordered one in the US so I’m glad I got to learn from Invictus!
