SCAM! I reached $26.25 (Redeem is $25) and they had me give my personal info like address & such PLUS verify my phone #, PLUS connect my verified PayPal account & then gave an error on cash out saying they needed to look over my 1st time cash out acct info. That was 3 days & 2 emails ago and I haven't heard a word from them & still NO MONEY. They have a bad reputation online for scamming people and deleting their accts when they try to cash out & a lot of people online have said they have been waiting weeks to months with NO Custer service reply, just an account block. All surveys stopped too for me after 1st email too. Reporting to BBB & More. There are legit survey sites out there that I have cash out on pretty easily and quickly that are SO MUCH BETTER and ethical than IPoll.

Tip for consumers:
Look into other paid survey sites. There are some good and legitimate ones out there. This one just mines your data under the pretense of paying you.

Been trying to collect $25 from ipoll going back to Sept 2021' All collection methods not responding. Last they told I was disqualified.

I am having the same issue, their so called "Tech" support tells me there is something wrong and that my settings are blocking their "change password" ummm yeah okay keep getting invites but can't get that elusive change password email. They even manually changed my email to my secondary email-same thing. I told them it is on their end...believe it or not they wanted me to create a new email with yahoo or gmail. Seriously like they want me to do that how about providing me with a temp password I can log on then change my password liked I have asked you multiple times and actually being competent? Obviously over their head/ability. I have $22.00 with them and have no access to it I can't even opt out of their survey invites that I can't do...they are a complete joke...avoid them and don't bother wasting your time.

I get invitations to take survey have been doing them for years Now when I press to take a survey am told site cant be reached so how come I get the invites from them but I can't reach them to take the surveys???

On the bright side, I was able to earn $50.00 and transfer it to my Paypal account. Alas, on the negative side, they just recently banned me, for really no reason. And I've only been a member since September of 2021. They claimed that I have been violating their service agreement by having multiple email accounts. Even though the website clearly stated that you can provide a backup email account in the event that they can't reach you. I want to give a shout-out to Kate Legget, who said that my situation might be due to the fact that I use a VPN. Yeah, I would avoid this website like the plague.

I have been a member since before 2015. I am trying to collect $50 - first at $25 and while waiting for them to okay payment, I earned the second $25.00. They recently blocked my account and CS says *we cannot find your account.* This is the third Dynata survey company I complained about to BBB, but this is the most drastic response. I get paid, eventually. This is annoying as hell. Avoid Dynata, if you can.

I, too, have been with this survey co. for years & never had a problem until this year. I can't get into their site from the daily emails & when I get in from Google it won't accept my password. I have also sent them emails with no replies.

I have never had an issue with them until recently/. Been a member for a long time and have cashed out lots of time too, always reliable and one of my "go to" sites.
Recently the survey invitations do not open, I can not log in site and have requested password reset numerous times but to no avail.

I did contact them and they did reply and told me to check settings etc.

The app is working fine but you can not cash out on that, I am hoping this is just a temporary glitch and it will get back to its normal excellent service.

SCAM - Have been signed up for some time, constantly receiving emails from them for more surveys, but unable to login to an account. Have tried to contact them on multiple occasions, but never even had a reply. When I last logged in I had nearly reached a payout, but now they won’t help.
Don’t trust them, they will take your time, and give you nothing in return.

Horrible company and so hit and miss. They do great sometimes, but most of the time not. I have earned $17 and need $8 more to cash out. I will never get there because I have not received a survey invite in over a month. I have been emailing this company for over a month only to receive generic responses and no help at all.

I have been a long time member and now my account has been blocked they are all part of the same company Dynata so all my accounts have been blocked even though i had achieved the highest status and recieved all the badges and have been an active member for over 10 years on all the sites Opinion outpost opinion world opinion people and valued opinions as well as nectar canvass now all my accounts are blocked and i have recieved the usual rubbish response that they send to you after you have spent years for very little rewards filling in there surveys to say im annoyed is putting it mildly if this is the way they treat there members then they wont last much longer in the market research business. Absoultely shocking that they have closed accounts without warning without providing a valid reason and without allowing you to cash out your rewards for the time and effort that you have put in.

I wrote to IPoll and they are not responding to me I work so hard and I got up to 16.00 and I stopped getting surveys ! Nobody s responding I have never lied on any of my surveys or applications! This is so crazy!!!

Like so many others, having done surveys for them for years without any problems I suddenly discover my answers are no good. Apparently I also have multiple subscriptrions of which I was unaware. Coincidentally, I had also almost reached the level for payout. These companies really should be ashamed of themselves and deserve to go out of business.

$25 PayPal was sent to wrong account. I sent them proof provided by PayPal that I that their transaction number was sent to an account that did not belong to me. They have ignored my requests to get this rectified. It has been almost 2 months. They cannot be trusted to correct their errors.

Built up to the £25 limit and tried to withdraw. Been stuck in authorising process for 2 days now and no reply to emails. Used to be good but looks dead now.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Do not waste your time. I opened a new account, did surveys non stop for a couple of days. Built up to $20. Then, one day, I went into the app and all of the surveys that are usually there were gone. I waited a few days to see if they reappeared and then finally contacted support. Support said my account was frozen indefinitely but wouldn't tell me why, other than a long generic message with multiple reasons why accounts get frozen. Couldn't tell me anything specific, though. I asked them to reinstate it and told them I would cooperate with whatever they needed from me. They told me they couldn't help me. I went back and forth with them several times. Eventually, they told me they permanently suspended my account and that I'd never see a cent of the $20 I worked for, basically. They are ripoff artists and I should have listened to all the negative reviews here that I saw before I signed up with them. You're probably thinking, well, she must have done something wrong or lied or something (like I thought when I read these reviews), but, I assure you, I did not. I was always honest and thorough and consistent in all the surveys I did before they suspended me. Do better than me and believe these reviews BEFORE you waste your time. There's plenty of legit survey companies out there. CHOOSE A DIFFERENT ONE!

My account became frozen, and Kelvin reset everything online for me. He couldnt have been more helpful, sending individual emails rather than just pre-populated or generic replies. I wasnt directed to FAQs, and I really felt like I was getting personal service.

I have read a few comments from others detailing problems, but my experience has been very different for the last couple of years. Surveys are frequent, and I manage to build up points and cash out regularly, and reliably.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD, THEY'RE SCAMMING PEOPLE NOW!! (I received an email stating my account would stay suspended indefinitely BUT I HAVE DONE NOTHING WRONG!) I have been with this company for years all of a sudden they're telling me that my account has been suspended indefinitely. They claim I have more than one account but I don't and have never broken any rules. (They are blaming you for their bad algorithm) They've wrongfully accussed me and suspended my account. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!
