iPoll Avis 

I am unable to redeem rewards. I am still able to login to my account and take surveys. Money is accrued in my account but I can not redeem. iPoll is theft. They are still allowing me to take surveys and they are keeping my money for themselves.

iPoll terminated my account out of nowhere about a week ago. I had over a 100 dollars left to cash out and now they will not let me access my money. I have reported them to BBB and will file another report for them keeping my money for surveys that I have already completed. I have cashed out over 500 dollars total with iPoll. They will not get off easy!

I just got my account terminated today. To just being curious I tried to open another account on ipoll and it said open enrollment is currently disabled. Meaning they have probably went out of business. They took my money and run. There should be a lawsuit against this terrible business.

*UPDATE - My account has been reinstated after I pushed for an investigation by ipoll and threatening to take it higher. I use a VPN for security and this means that their security system detects I am in a different country to the one I say I am in surveys. Therefore, if you want to use ipoll, make sure your VPN is switched off. I suspect this might be the case for a lot of other users who have had their account suspended.*

I have been using these for a couple of years, with no issues at all. I make about £24 every 5/6 weeks or so.

I went to log into my account on 10th April and it said my account has been suspended as I have broken their privacy policy. I emailed them to query it and recieved a reply today from Joan at iPoll stating they have suspended my account indefinitely because I didn't give attentive, thoughtful or accurate answers. I am extremely annoyed as I carefully read every question and answer fully and as accurately as possible, often leaving long, detailed answers, where applicable. I have also been told I have two accounts registered with them which is completely untrue!

I have replied to them asking for evidence and am awaiting their reply.

I feel I have been scammed with no chance of ever receiving the remuneration for my time and opinions.

Edit - 18.04.2020 I have recieved another reply reiterating that they are closing my account but have still failed to supply evidence of the allegations made. I have referred this to Action Fraud. A further email later in the day stated that they are unable to supply details about their investigation as it compromises their security which is extremely suspicious! Essentially, they have suspended my account, won't give me my money and won't show me evidence to support their allegations. I have therefore done a Subject Access Request so legally they have to give me all the information they have in their "investigation" or face a fine of up to £2,000,000.
25.04.2020 The subject access request only showed my account details. Not a single reference to any email I had sent or investigation that alledgedly took place. The subject access request hasn't been done properly or my emails would have been on file so either they are knowingly withholding information which is illegal if I have done an subject access request OR no investigation took place which means they have closed my account and kept my money for no reason and lied to me, which is fraudulent.

I poll is a scam! I spent two months doing their surveys and finally got to 30surveys and went to cash out, when I did (not before) they said I violated their policies and denied me my reward! They can't even tell me what I did wrong! DO NOT TRUST THEM!

This is the first survey app I tried.after filling out all there information.they said do to my answers .they don't have any surveys for me.i didn't answer any questions.just basic info.then every time I tried to log in.it said no internet connection.this is not a legit app.and a waste of time.its no surprise to see so many bad reviews for this app.

what i can say when i logged out and then logged back in it said my membership has been violated by the terms of service for gods sake you did this last time when i couldnt access my money what you guys playing at either fix this or shut down the app.

Ipoll is legit! Yes you get paid but you have to put the work in. You have to get on everyday in order to make enough money. I use this as a few extra dollars monthly and cash out through paypal which comes in less than 15min after cashing out. Minimum payout is $25 and max is $50. I have been using ipoll for over a year and cash out every month and a half of at least $32. So yes it is LEGIT!!! Just do the surveys and the more you are on it the more surveys you qualify for. Hope this review helps.

Their bullright when you’re about to get your money you will not be able to sign into your account and there is no customer service

I just joined and did get a chance to do 2 surveys, received a email that there was more surveys available with a link... tried the link and got a error that told me there is something wrong with my account and showed it was sending a email to technical support... A day later received a email from my email server that the delivery fail as the email address could not be found. So I later tried to login to the app and the same thing happen.. another email generated to technical support, I then again get a email from my email sever that the delivery fail due to no such email address could be found.. I wondered what was going on.. Decided to uninstall the app and reinstalled it.. tried to login and got the message again some i wrong with you account. At that point I was not happy... Went on to the website and tried to login and that's when I found out that they had terminated for a violation..I would tink if you have a valid reason you would contact the person and advise them of the issue and not just close a account. this is shady...

Take your money out soon as you can, just in case they change your mind on you, just kick you off there site with no warning and then, if you ask them why they just send you this email.

This is actually the #1 survey paying site and I can definitely vouch for that! It wasn’t fast to get to the $25 payout BUT it was soooooo worth it!!!! I used the application, it took about a month to reach the payout because I was being lazy haha but when I cashed out the money was literally sent to my PayPal in LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES I literally couldn’t believe it but it’s legit and it definitely made me happy and I’m going to keep using it , THANK YOU iPOLL :)

I've been a member since April 2018 and have completed numerous surveys and earned some rewards. However on 13th March after completing a couple of surveys on their app I was then logged out and told I had violated one of their terms and conditions without any further information. All of my earnings have now been lost, I've contacted them via email with no response and complained to the Connecticut branch of the BBB. I would avoid these

I've tried a few survey companies and this is my favourite. Surveys show you the amount of money that you will get instead of points so it's easy to understand. After 10 days I had £25 and applied for PayPal which went into my bank within seconds. Brill!

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. MEMBER SINCE 2015 AND THEY BLOCKED ME AND KEPT MY £86 POUNDS IN OCTOBER WHEN, BY NO COINCIDENCE THEY CHANGED THIER TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BE WARNED! IT APPEARS NOONE IS GETTING PAID AND THEY ARE BLOCKING EVERYONE THAT TRIES TO CASH OUT THEIR EARNINGS. I HAVE REPORTED TO ACTION FRAUD.

As with other reviewers on here, I had £27.25 in rewards and today asked for an Amazon voucher. I was immediately sent to their terms and conditions page and when I attempted to login again got a brief message that I had violated terms and conditions! I am unable to login at all now and I've sent them a message asking what is going on but I'm not expecting a reply based upon other people's experiences. They are based in the USA so I don't think there is anything to be done.
UPDATE**** After contacting their FB page and telephoning a number I'd seen on Survey Police 02070843000, leaving a message for Wayne Grant, customer service at the parent company SSI, I have has a message from them, a call back from Wayne and today a phone call from USA. My account is reinstated and I have my rewards. Perseverance pays off and hopefully this company who have just taken over IPoll, now have their act together after some teething problems!

I'm fuming had a few problems with ipoll in past but worked really hard for them and wanted the money for Christmas just as I went to redeem they sent me to terms and conditions page needless to say they did not pay out and I've seen they are doing this to a lot of people not only that they arnt even answering emails or responding it's not the money now it's the point does anyone have any advice baring in mind I've contacted them many times to no avail

This site was ok until i had a issue with needing to reset my password. 1st they sent me a e-mail telling me all my information was in their data system and up -to-date. (i still have the e-mail) and that there shouldn't be a issue. i then discovered that right after I had mentioned i wanted to cashout, my account was frozen. Bad words to tell a survey site, especially when your having signing in issues. In fact do not ever mention it, Just do it. After i sent numerous e-mails, they then just deleted my account with no further a due, taking my $30 with it. That was the min. to cash out. Not a thing i could do, then. Ohh the lessons we learn. After alot of research and e-mails and phone calls, there is a thing called being compensated for "things" i must allow you discover. You don't find out which ones are the scammers until you take a run at it. Thank Gosh i have been lucky, i was only dupped 3 times, up until as recent as my last one (i cannot mention in this review) the worst one yet. Well to say I am disgusted is an understatement, I have just reached my £25.00 threshhold today and tried to cash it in and they tell me I have violated there terms and conditions so they do not have to pay me. WHAT !!
I have been a member for years, there is far to much of this going on now and we are unable to take any action to get our money off them. GRRRRR

As with other people I have had a message saying my account has been terminated for violating terms and conditions. I have no idea why. I have been a member for a few years without problems but I am unable to use my account, they are not answering my emails. I have just over £25 in my account and wanted to redeem it but it seems I may have lost it. What a scam companies like this should be made to close. I am so disappointed because I trusted them until now.
