Very nice hand painter crest. I had never seen the crest depicted as it is, however, the artist gave me reference material to conduct my own research!

First I want to say, the person "Dave" that took my order is fantastic person
first rate company customer .

My Wife seen a cladddagh ring on a website the irishshop site that looked
fantastic. I purchased the ring on a Monday. Wed Morning I get a email that the company was giving 20% off on all items. (now mind you I bought the ring not even 48 hours prior the order was still being processed)
Dave the rep did what could to assist me and speaking to his manager
came back with a 10 % discount I was pleased with what he could get.

Ring was received in quick time but ,my wife after seeing the ring the detail and the stones were so tiny it looked like something from a gumball machine!! the Irishshop should put a disclaimer on the website pictures that the ring details being shown have been magnified and are much smaller in my opinion it just wasn't a true representation of the item.
they should have put a actual sized picture of there jewelry.
I just sent the ring back prority with tracking and signature requested
I hope they give me a full refund. of almost 800.00 (i'll let you know how this plays out.)

Again the rep "Dave" is a fantastic person he puts the customer in customer assistance!!!

Very disappointed with family crest sweatshirt. You can clearly see the rectangular outline around the crest where it was ironed on to the sweatshirt. definitely not worth the money spent.

I purchased a watch for my wife to give to her at Christmas. I was worried about the time it took to get here so I emailed the shop. David responded within 24 hours and assured me it would be here in time. Lo and behold a few days later it was here.

I am sure my wife will enjoy it at Christmas.

I logged in as a guest to purchase but due to the prompt service from David and the quick shipping and I now be a regular purchaser from the shop since birthdays are coming up in the beginning of the year.

I was very hesitant to order something from this company being so far away....but will now NOT give it a second thought! They are wonderful. I had some questions so sent an e-mail. Received a response within a day or so. I have now purchased 3 items from them and love each one. The quality and workmanship is very good. The costumer service I received at Irish Shop was great. They were running an order on free delivery for an item of $99. I wanted an item that was $95 and another that was $35 but the website was not given me the free shipping deal. When I e-mailed an employee at the Irish Shop, they provided me with a promo code to use on this particular deal in order to give me the free shipping deal. It was all done very professionally and in a timely manner. Highly recommended.

I received my order in good time. It was nicely packaged. I am so pleased with the bracelet. The enamel work is very nice and the chain is of good quality. I bought it as a gift for my daughter and I am sure she will love it!
