Still waiting....
I ordered 4 things almost 2 weeks ago. All ordered AFTER Christmas. One was delivered in a week. One was delivered to my address, which I re-mailed out of my pocket (additional $14US). The other 2, one t-shirt and one personalized coffee mug, haven't even begun to be processed. Safe to say, I will NEVER recommend this store to anyone in the near future.

Michael, as explained at the time of order and again in a personal phone call made to you last week to address these issues, the delivery time for the t-shirt is stated as 1-2 weeks. The delivery time for the personalized item is 2-4 weeks. All times were quoted on the product page at the time of order. As you aware, the New Year holiday also fell within this time period. Your orders were placed on Dec 29th.
These orders were processed for delivery as quickly as possible and expected to be delivered within the quoted times.
Yes, there was an error made the mailing of one item, which we addressed right away and as explained to you, when we spoke twice with you on Thursday as soon you had made us aware of this issue, we had another item shipped to the intended recipient at no cost to you, so you would not have to be out of pocket.
We try to meet and exceed our customers expectations, but when we add an expected delivery time to the product details, that is based on experience of the processing and shipping time for that product. If a customer needs an item by a particular date, we are happy to try and work with our customer and shipping partners to make that happen, but can only do so when informed of this at the time of order.
Awesome Service
I ordered a cape for my wife for Christmas. In less than one day I was informed what I ordered was not available in the color I ordered and was personally contacted to review other options to make sure they were able to complete my order in time for Christmas. Once my selection was made they expedited the pull, pack, and ship to get the present to me before Christmas. This was the large gift for my wife so the extra effort by Irish Shop saved Christmas for my wife. Many thanks and I look forward to ordering again from Irish Shop.

Delivery did not make it in time for Christmas
I can't actually blame IrishShop.com. I believe it was a FedEx issue. The package crisscrossed the country to get to me. Newark - Los Angeles - Memphis - Billings, Montana. It arrived 4 days late and missed the guaranteed Christmas Eve delivery date. I now had to pay $22 to ship it to the person who I am gifting. The merchandise was as described and a good value for the price.

Hi Bart, we are very sorry to hear that this item was delivered late. As you are aware, this item was shipped with FedEx in plenty of time for holiday delivery. You are correct it does appear to have crisscrossed the U.S. so something may have gone awry within the FedEx system, as there was no scan on this parcel from Dec 22nd. We will look into this with our shipping partners. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Best customer service
There was a problem with delivery of my purchase caused entirely by the USPS. DAVID, from the Irish Shop, was in constant contact with me, tracking my package. He was prepared to overnight ship a duplicate of my original order if need be. I was never in doubt that I would receive my purchase in time for Christmas. I would absolutely recommend ordering from the Irish Shop

Great shopping experience.
I was having difficulties with my international purchase. No worries though, David was more than helpful. He even called me directly to give guidance on how to proceed.
