Ishatari selling a mop for 455GHC. complete toy of a mop. terrible terrible quality! and wont even bother contacting them about it as nothing will be done. worst service / quality. also got spoons that were claimed to be stainless steel, and came rusted. threw them away.

I love purchasing items from ishtari Ghana, because I ordered a small item for the very first time and I was shocked about how they package it, infact ishtari Ghana you are the best online delivery,no matter how little it is they will deliver at your where you want,I have given them 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟, because they are the best.
Ishtari has a very poor customer service and not conscious of the need for customer satisfaction for long term business. They delivered damaged items to me. Unfortunately the package wasn’t opened at the time of delivery and the damage was observed after the rider had left. I called the rider and he asked me to report the complaint to the office. I reported the issue and escalated to one team leader or manager and called her feedback clearly indicated the lack of professionalism and low level of customer service understanding. Very unfortunate the manager just indicated they will deal with it. I asked her when the issue was going to be resolved and all she said is, it will be resolved and her tone of voice suggested I was a bother for escalating the issue to her. Since 28 November till date, the company hasn’t replaced the items. They are not serious and no potential customer needs to go through this stress dealing with them
At Ishtari Lebanon, my mom ordered 2 of the same item by mistake as she didn't realise she added 2 to cart until the order got delivered. She wanted to exchange the extra item but they refused by claiming that the item is sensitive and cannot garantee that their delivery company will bring it back in shape. The item was a heavy duty bucket with a round mop, delivered in a box that we didn't open, it was obviously sealed and we sent them pictures. And if we received them in shape, they can get it back in shape. They didn't care and kept claiming it's a sensitive product. It felt that they just don't want it back to get rid of their stock. Also if the delivery company is unreliable, that is not the customer's fault. They should completely take responsability of their operations.
At any case, they cause so much frustration and they don't even compensate with a free delivery for example. Customer support team seems understaffed and unorganised. It takes them so much time to reply without any time expectation feedback. We've been trying to solve this exchange issue of one item since 9 days from delivery. Contacting them everyday. It's a waste of time and energy to buy from Ishtari.
I also asked them where can I report a technical security issue I found, which is a leaking customers data from their website, and they totally ignored my message. So it's also not secure to provide them with your personal information like phone number and address.
If there was less than a star for rating, i would have selected that option.
At my first experience I was delivered an uncompleted package, I made it known to them immediately but it took them 2 weeks before telling me they couldn't find the parts and gave me a replacement option and I placed the order. After waiting for almost 3 weeks I got informed that the replacement that they proposed to me couldn't be supplied and they proposed me another replacement to which I said no and wanted to get my money back.
Had to call almost every day after waiting for a week without hearing from them. I finally got refunded after almost a month.
Another item that I ordered later , what was delivered was a totally different brand and the item was also faulty.
I think you must sit up and take your customers seriously

I ordered a coffee machine which failed after 7 months . They refused to repair or replace.
The worse customer service experience I have encountered. Dispatch riders that take no responsibility for their actions. I was called to receive my package and he never showed up. I call to follow up several times and he tells me he forgot. You can’t even call anyone to make a complaint to because they do not answer!!!
I have not received my parcel, as it was supposed to be already delivered. I call the hotline, no answer and no call back. Emailed, got a number to call, that is not functioning. Not good so far.

While still leading a healthy lifestyle, I honestly feel like I'm indulging in guilty pleasures.
My primary focus is always safety, and this air fryer has also well exceeded my expectations in that area. It has an automated shut-off feature that guards against accidents in the case that I become sidetracked while cooking. I can handle the air fryer safely even while it's working at high temperatures thanks to the cool-touch exterior, it also has 30 minutes timer with bell.
The website was simple to use, and I immediately discovered the item I was looking for. I had a simple time checking out, and I frequently got information on the status of my transaction.
But what really stood out was how quickly it was delivered. It was a great surprise when my order arrived earlier than expected. Thanks to the careful wrapping, the item came safely and undamaged.
