The customer service at this place is truly exceptional! On two separate occasions, I had questions/ issues with the insurance, and the representatives were incredibly prompt and friendly. USF Student Health Insurance
I was worried if my sons health insurance met USF guidelines for the coming year. I was hesitant to reach out by email thinking that I would not get a timely reply, but to my surprise not only did I get a timely reply but the agent Joseph from the customer care team was very patient and helpful in answering all my questions.
