Surely a "delivery company" actually has to deliver the items to call itself so... Apparently not in the case of this company. Apparently they have no system in place for if someone uses their service to send a gift, and they haven't even thought that about it being a possibility. I received a note through the door initially from Yodel, saying I'd missed a delivery and it had been left with a neighbour, went to my neighbours and they said a man from my building had collected it already (I'm the only man in my building so they obviously took the package themselves) contacted Yodel and they told me to contact the retailer, I told them I did not order the item as it was a gift, so I did not know who the retailer. All they could tell me was it was 'ITD GLOBAL' - I contacted your customer services to explain the situation and you told me to contact the retailer. When I explained that the item was a gift and I did not know who it was from you told me due to data protection you couldn't tell me the name of the retailer as the account attached to the order wasn't in my name... Apparently you have contacted the retailer, but that was a week ago and I've heard nothing. You are leaving me no other choice but to seek legal advice on this issue as I'm sure this can't be a legal practise. All I want is to find out who the package was from so I can contact the retailer, can someone PLEASE help.

Hi, I am very sorry you are having issues receiving your parcel. It sounds like the parcel was delivered unfortunately since the parcel has been delivered and your neighbour has taken it, there is not much we or Yodel can do to help. My customer service team are correct due to GDPR they are unable to give you details of our customer, you could try contacting the person who sent the gift and if you do not know who it was could you send me the tracking number, I will see if I can find any further details for you.

Would highly recommend ITD

Would highly recommend ITD, great service, very supportive, they understand our needs and walked us through a process and change. Portal is very user friendly which we also use zig zag.

Denise our account manager is always approachable and there IT brilliant.

We have now been using ITD Global for…

We have now been using ITD Global for 12 months, we have had direct accounts with many carriers and decided to trial ITD as a logistics agent so our customers can benefit from the competitive rates offered as we looked to move away from Royal Mail services. Since using ITD Global we have seen a reduction on our carrier costs and this has allowed us to offer a wider choice of carrier options to our customers, the move has been a positive one and the services of ITD Global has exceeded our expectations. Our account manager Denise is excellent, always at the end of the phone when needed and works incredibly hard to ensure the smooth running of the account.

Undelivered goods from The Range.

I had an Order with The Range Paignton. Delivery was to be by 9th November 2022. This has NEVER been received. I requested a refund from The Range and complained to them that i no longer want this item. They said any claim has to be with ITD Global as The Range has completed their part of the order. I used ITD Globals website to request a refund and have heard absolutelt nothing. Either The Range or ITD Global have my £29.99 and I want it back. My next course of action is Trading Standards.

Hi Lavinia, I am sorry your parcel was lost. ITD Global is a third-party delivery company. Unfortunately, The Range is not one of our customers although we may have arranged delivery on behalf of one of their suppliers. As you purchased the goods from The Range they are responsible for following up on your delivery and any compensation. You will need to discuss your order and compensation with the Range directly.

Best courier company I have ever used.
Been through a few other similar companies and ITD Global are a level above the rest. Yes some parcels might get lost like with any parcel delivery carrier, but it is the speed and how they resolve the issues that leaves me at ease to deal with other parts of my business.

A company with a CAN DO approach to…

A company with a CAN DO approach to business. Earlier last year we had problems with delivery due to IT issues with our existing carrier.
ITD stepped in and were quick to help our business get our product moving again.
What I really like about ITD is the suite of services on offer, ensuring that individual customer requirements are matched either by cost, or by service levels.

ITD Courier Service

We’ve been working with ITD for less than a year; our initial partnership began just before the start of our peak season. Our account manager Denise is simply a superstar; really went above and beyond during this time to provide the necessary support to ensure our business was meeting its dispatch targets.
We’ve recently started running our returns through ITD’s network; there have been a few operational issues causing some delays with getting them back to our warehouse in a timely manner. But even through this Denise has kept open and clear communication with us to ensure we stay up to date. All said; a good company to work with underpinned by the excellence of our account manager Denise Pain.

Disgusting and Ungrateful and…

Disgusting and Ungrateful and Incompetent and Rude.
Create new invoices , months later and sent on 24th December and 31st December 2021. Refuse to answer the phone and speak. In the middle of the year change accounting and besides wrong values charged, demand payments made. I have never dealt with such an untrustworthy company after spending hours at sorting out their own mess and sending full written explanations to help them sort out their own mess. How do they thank / By creating new false invoices which were due to their own incompetence. Sad that business relations are spoilt.
I appreciate that ITD has replied. But the answer has not changed my mind. The team dealing with the issue has done nothing to genuinely deal with the issue they created. The team knows how to contact me by phone and listen for the 10th time to the explanations as to why the invoices are incorrect and unacceptable and how not to spring new invoices over Xmas and New Year, months later. I am sorry it has come to a public open forum, but i will not be threatened. Being humble and grateful are human qulaities people need to learn and implement.

abseloute horrible company, sent well over 20 containers with them and they overcharged and just make charges up and claim that it is in thier terms that they can forward more charges even i they quoted something else

we have been working with ITD for over 3 years and have had a seamless working relationship over that time. We are lucky to have Martin as our account manager and a proactive person to have on our side. Even during the pandemic, ITD worked to a very high level of customer satisfaction and where we could see other companies blame all inadequacies behind Covid, ITD and martin stepped up and kept us going. We are dealing with ITD Global for…

We are dealing with ITD Global for almost 3 years. The company itself's hard to deal with them regarding claims or incorrect invoicing.
However, the reason for giving them 4 stars is because of our Account manager Davis Martin he is a gem and thats a only reason we are still with ITD Global

Amazing!

Amazing!! Denise and Martin are super great, always on hand and go above and beyond when we need assistance and always with the best attitude ever! They have really helped us to grow and expand with amazing rates and a fully simple to use integrated system.
We love working with them and look forward to many more years together.
