Interdelta N Hermes partner terrible service

bought somethin on e bay then was dissapointed to see the buyer used hermes, the used the Interdelta N partners the parcel is listed as delivered, but it looks like to courier just kept it or couldnt be bothered to deliver it. The sent a blurry photo of a parcel with no address visable and it was on a flight of steps. The delivery address does not have any steps, I cant believe people still use Hermes.

Using Hermes for delivery and they're…

Using Hermes for delivery and they're just Awful. They've been corrected the 1st line of my address no fewer than 3 times and according to the customer service bot on the Hermes website they still have a reference number as the 1st line of my address. As a result they have been unable to deliver twice now.

Impossible to work out

Had text to confirm parcel had been delivered, notes confirm signature is required. I’ve not received anything, no signature requested from me. Don’t even know what the delivery is?????

This is the second parcel that says is from ITD global on my Hermes tracking and will probably be the same as the last one not delivered, the first one still says we are expecting parcel and that was 7 days again

Lying about attempted deliveries

Interdelta Ltd is local delivery partner for MyHermes, so I understand. Lying about attempted deliveries, all my family was at home at the time they claimed to attempt delivery, no card left either.

Company does not take cases even to…

Items being lost and they simply state is Damaged beyond repair even Hermes tracking does not show anything like this.. Company does not take cases even to Hermes. They start investigating before even taking it to Hermes and refuse the cases with9out any reasons.

A lot of parcels being misplaced from ITD collection to Hermes Collection and no one takes responsibility for that. The claims I filed in December still have not been decided whereas I directly placed claims with Hermes and they issues claim codes within 2 weeks.

I believe ITD eat your claims up as well. Also they overcharge you for being overweight for item that is 300 garam and stating it as 3000 garam and when apply for credit you have to wait for days and they will not credit again.

I was very impressed with rates they can offer and services ! You can pick and choose what courier you’d like to use for different services and it is also great not having to communicate direct with carriers - you can just sit back and let ITD take care of it for you!

Awful

Booked an express delivery for some items from a company I've used in the past based in Warrington (less than 1hr away from me) was dispatched and 36hr later no parcel. The company I ordered from are struggling to get to the bottom of this as ITD gave them a tracking number for a Spanish delivery company that doesn't even work and are being fobbed off and told to just wait for delivery when the package is in limbo. DO NOT TOUCH THEM WITH A BARGEPOLE if you value your customers

Run by morons

This company must be run by absolute morons ! I have been waiting on a parcel to be delivered by them to my company which is open from 0800-1600 mon- fri
They have these details yet continue to attempt del at 1900 then after 3 attempts they return the item to sender
And then it starts all over. Absolute waste of time -money Monkeys could do far better

Hi Lee,

During the pandemic, carriers have extended their delivery times to accommodate the huge uplift in volume moving over from retail to online.

Whilst delivery windows are extended, businesses should be prioritised for deliveries before 5pm, and residential deliveries upto 9pm in some cases.

Can I ask which company you bought the goods from? And which carrier was used?

Poor customer service from the driver.

Really poor customer services from the delivery driver. I requested that they knock on the door, and not just leave the parcel outside. Several times I've been home and theyve not even knocked, looked back on my cctv and it confirms this. Parcels left outside for hours and sometimes days because theyve not had the decency to knock. I asked the driver today if she could just knock if leaving a parcel and she said she doesnt have to and got rather abrupt with me.
Very poor.

Worst delivery service ever

Tracking states tried delivery and return to sender. I was at home all the time and no delivery driver turned up or never left a card. Worst service and now I have to chase ITD and the seller to find out what is happening

Atrocious customer support

Atrocious customer support; emails being ignored constantly, returning packages taking months to be returned back despite proximity to depot and regularly dropping off packages at premises.

Totally rubbish been trying to sort out…

Totally rubbish been trying to sort out a parcel they say have been delivered and has not. Several phone calls and emails later they just keep saying go back to the seller but it has been dispatched. They have now blanked my last email!! Never ever use this company

Hermes...every time I see this name on…

Hermes...every time I see this name on a delivery email I know there will be a problem.
Tracking info saying delivery attempted but I wasn't in or driver could not gain access to property despite me waiting in all day for my needed delivery...again thanks Hermes for wasting my valuable time.

No problems, easy delivery

IDT delivered a desk on behalf of a 3rd party supplier.
I received a phone call initially advising of delivery date. This was followed up by text.
Further texts on the day advising time for arrival.
No problems from my experience.
