I received my order as usual in a lot faster time than I expected but unfortunately when I opened it I realized I had made a mistake and ordered one item wrong. I rang to find out what I could do the adviser told me it's not a problem i then asked if I could exchange it at there new LUTON store and was told yes no problem. I then went to the store and again helpful staff had it exchanged in no time without any complications. An excellent service throughout. It also definitely worth looking at one of there shops lots to look at and helpful staff.

There is not much to say as it's obvious five star and especially for me mainly anything I ever want from tools I found it in stock where you go to Screwfix or toolstations you never get anything the same day rarely you managed to find it's always next day delivering next day delivery the other part that makes me give five star to ITS is stuff who are always welcoming costumers with smiles and they ask once if you need help if you reply no just looking they leave you alone and they say if you need anything let us know and we are happy to help not like some stores they come behind you making you uncomfortable so you don't take your time to see what you need as it's so uncomfortable normally i leave and never go back to the same store so for me i wish they would be close to where i leave

When no-one else could help ITS did.
Had my trusty dewalt fencing stapler finally break late on a saturday night in the middle of a big and urgent job, no-one else could do anything till tuesday but ITS had 2 in stock and click and collect ready 1000 on sunday meaning we could get finished. That alone gets 5 stars for me but cherry on top they were the cheapest too.
