Reliable, Excellent Customer Service

I inadvertently put in an incorrect old address for a delivery - contacted Customer services via email - service was excellent - it was sorted out and items will be delivered to my home address tomorrow.

Excellent Customer Service - beautiful products - I will definitely be dealing with this Company again. Perfect.

Good fit and quality

The dresses I chose were very good fit, and of good quality. Unfortunately, the material was not what I was expecting so I returned them but the quality and fit were excellent for the price. Delivery and return was easy, and the refund was returned no questions asked. I think this is excellent Customer Care.

Extremely disappointed-insulting behaviour

Extremely disappointed. I placed an order on sunday for an event for next day delivery and paid £4.95 on sunday. It was suppose to be here by max Tuesday but upon enquiring i was told that royal mail messed it up(although royal mail claimed they didnt receive it yet). So the parcel comes on Wednesday and i had to take half day to receive it. I clearly told them to refund my next day delivery fee to which i get a response that 1.05 is refunded as they deducted the rest as standard delivery. My order was way above £50 so it was free delivery anyway. This is so disgraceful as if the customer representative was trying to insult me for asking my money back.
They did say they dispatched another one on monday so return it when u receive it. I never got any email for that other parcel from royal mail! What an absolute disgrace when you try and shame your customers when they ask for their money back. Never coming back here and definately not letting anyone from my circle to go through this absolute disgrace.

You placed your order on Sunday; however, please note that our warehouse is closed during the weekend. Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Friday are dispatched on the next working day, which was Monday.

Your order was dispatched on Monday with next working day delivery, and a dispatch notification email with tracking details was sent, indicating delivery on Tuesday. Upon your inquiry about the parcel, we promptly investigated. Unfortunately, Royal Mail did not provide any updates. To avoid further delay, we offered a replacement, as Royal Mail typically takes 72 hours to respond.

Our standard next day delivery refund policy was applied, and £1.05 was refunded to you without realizing your order value is above £50. The replacement and its tracking details were also mentioned in the same email. This action was taken on Tuesday.

Subsequently, upon your dissatisfaction with the refund, our team realised that a mistake has occurred on our end. As a result, the delivery fee of £4.95 was refunded. Please note upon checking the tracking details, we can confirm that both parcels have been delivered.

I purchased three tops for a cruise

I purchased three tops for a cruise, the lovely green sequins top looked stunning until I wore it and the sleeves got caught on the front of the top within seconds of putting it on, throughout the couple of hours I wore it the top caught many times and looked a right mess when I took it off. I contacted Izabel and they cheekily offered me 30%off if I kept the top, when it was all snagged and not fit for purpose, I asked for a refund and sent it back on 2 April by Royal Mail 48hr, yesterday they are still refusing to give me a refund because they say they still haven’t received the top although they have the tracking and the proof of purchase, their emails are in very poor English and I am being penalised due to royal mail’s incompetence. 10 emails later, it’s like trying to get blood out of a stone, never again Izabel, your customer service stinks.

As you sent item back us on 2nd April also, we tracked the item while it was in transit; we use royal mail tracked 48 prepaid labels, but royal mail sometimes takes more than as usual time which is completely out of our control.

As per our policy all return and refund takes up to 20 working days from the day you post the parcel, We processed your refund within 7 working days which is far less than our policy

I've ordered from them a few times and mostly I have loved my clothes that I've order. Last order, I got three dresses and decided to return two as I didn't like them on. It was really easy to return and I got my refund quickly

Unfortunately the lovely coat was too big so I had to return. The packaging was lovely and so easy to return using the label provided using Royal Mail.
