The dress was lovely but the hem was very uneven on one side, I know the dress was a bohemian style but I don’t think this was part of the design. It just looked as if the hem was too short on one side of the dress..

Lovely website with nice clothes but became a bit suspicious when I saw every item with the same review in poor English. I turned to Trustpilot and thank goodness saw that customers had complained about unsatisfactory customer service and returns policy and not getting refunds etc. Although I had items in my basket, I decided not to order. Grateful for services such as Trustpilot.

1.No Option on the website to Return product.
2. When called customer care phone number the only message is "They are a online store and can be only reached online."
3. No response for the email sent.
Looks like a shoddy business. Please be aware

This company is completely untrustworthy. I have NEVER experienced such appalling customer service until I returned three items to Izabel London. Although my parcel tracking revealed that they received the returns five weeks ago, I am still awaiting a refund. I was initially surprised not to receive a confirmation of returns email and now I know why. They choose not to acknowledge so they can keep your money! Having sent an email and receiving no reply, I called the listed telephone number which automatically directs you to contact them via email. So their customer service amounts to totally no customer service. They treat customers with an arrogant contempt. Even a second email threatening to use the Ombudsman was totally ignored. (I finally contacted my credit card company who upheld my complaint and issued a refund). AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Take a look at reviews before you buy .They withhold your money. Customer care don't help just say 20 days you can't speak to anyone .lot of reviews saying problems with refund ..shop at next takes minutes for a refund goes in bank straight away .Izabels is in South Wales why would you hold refunds for 20 days

Initially everything was going well, ordered easily, delivery good and first glance and try on were great. However, two of the dresses after one wear and wash (30 degree, gentle washing liquid) came apart, which has never happened to any of my clothes before. One of the dresses lost two buttons and the others stitching came apart from the bottom up about 30cms! Literally held by a thread! The third dress is lovely and feels great to wear. The issue I have is that when I reviewed the items on their website they only published the one which was good! The two negative reviews have totally gone! An email or follow up would have been expected but instead they are trying to ignore the issues! I don’t like companies that lie and are not honest so I will not be shopping here again!

Unless these guys are somehow linked to Guinea London they seem to be copying their dress styles then selling them for much less. Would not trust!

I returned my items using the label provided by Izabel on 7th April. Tracking shows it was delived to them on 11th April yet today on 21st April they are claiming they 'have not received it yet' and are witholding my refund. Absolute shambles. I can see a paypal claim being required.

Love the dresses from Izabel. Lovely flattering styles at a decent price. I’ve always found their delivery and returns to be fast and simple

Ordered it on 2.01.2022,received it on 7.01.2022.
Return it(because it was too big) on 8.01.2022. On 13.01 I've contacted customer service to ask about my refund. I've been informed that they will issue a refund in 20 working days!!! (their's policy).
I've checked on Royal mail site, my return was received it on 10.01.2022..till today 31.01.2022, I still did not received my refund!
I've just emailed them, again, with pictures from the packaging before returning the item, the receipt from post office and a picture from royal mail that was received it, 3 weeks ago!!!

So, you can make your own decision if you want to purchase from them. I'll not order from them again!

Not ordered from here before, so thought I would give it a go. My order has arrived today after only placing it on friday afternoon, this was brilliant. I took the coat out of packaging, it was zipped up so undid it to try the coat on and the zip came off in my hand. This is unfortunate as it looked and felt really nice on but have to return. Lets see how quickly I get the refund sorted.

Clothes are fab and recently I had one item that was faulty, a seam came unstitched after wearing it once. Was offered a 20% discount as after 28 day return period but loved the dress so much asked for a replacement and this was quickly rectified. Great company, will continue to order from them.

The items didnt fit. Returned......but still waiting on refund .not good Izabel. Take way too long .

Really quick to reply to messages and provided helpful and accurate information in response to questions. Delivery was very prompt and the dress exceeded expectations. Another excellent shopping experience.
