I love Izabel clothes. There is a particular top that I have brought in all the colours multiple times. Today a new member of staff accidently put in an incorrect order. Guess what Izabel Complaints dealt with it in about one hour. Amazing company. I can only say WOW for customer service. Thank you Izabel

Fabulous company!
Beautiful clothes, lovely quality, fabulous service. Orders arrived in 3 days and everything beautiful. Had to return one item as too small. Was notified by email when they had received my returned parcel and refunded without any problem a few days later. Only found this company during lockdown and so pleased I did. Clothes have a uniqueness, just love them. Highly recommend Izabel.

Brilliant customer service
I had an email advising that there was a 20% discount on all items and when I tried to enter the discount code it was not recognised.
I contacted customer services who advised me to purchase and let them know the order number they then refunded the 20% back into my account
wonderful customer service as I was kept informed all the way through
I really love Izabel clothes they are well made and being a size 16 I always find their clothes flattering
