Jane plane turned into my plan

Enjoyed the menu, taken the stress away from thinking what I should be eating.
Delivery service is excellent , you know when it’s going to be delivered the date and estimated delivery time.

Fatima was so helpful and supportive

Fatima was so helpful and provided great knowledge of current discounts but of how to get us signed back on. She emailed and provided advice on our account updates and on a password reset. This was for me and my partner. Fatima made this so easy and fun.

Fantastic meals all calorie counted and the plan is really easy to follow, takes the stress out of losing weight.

Had a small issue with sign up

Had a small issue with sign up, (my error) emailed customer support, had an email back immediately offering me a couple of options which of which I took one of. I was kept up to date with the situation and it was resolved in less than 24 hours. Haven’t started on the plan yet as await my delivery so can’t comment yet!

I was stressing about my finances so…

I was stressing about my finances so near the dead line for my next box payment due to à medical emergency and i contacted Jane plan straight away for help.
Asha was very prompt in responding and arranging à pause in my subscription till next month . I’m so grateful !

Jane Plan excellent diet.

Food is ok one or two things not to my taste but to be expected. Support is good, managed to loose 7lb in first week.

Never again

Hi , really not impressed with the quality of the food provided .
Most of The food is over spiced , all the pasta is soggy when reheated and there is very little meat and chicken in any of the portions . The potato is beige !!!! Resembles cardboard !!! On the up side the breakfast portions are ok and handy . The snacks are ok to . I’m determined to get to the end of the 4 weeks but will not buy any more meals.

Best diet ever

I have spent years trying unsuccessfully to lose weight. Last August I was at my heaviest and health wise was struggling. I started Jane Plan in September and have lost 3 and half stone, dropped 4 dress sizes and can now run 5k. The reason this works for me is I don’t have to think about food. I just sort my meals out for the week. Add the veg, fruit and dairy, and make sure I exercise 3 times a week. I have never been this healthy. Thank you Jane

Easy to order, tasty food

Easy to order. On time delivery.
Pros. Tasty food. Takes the effort away from counting calories and getting the right nutrition.
Cons. I’ve learnt porridge is the more filling breakfast. The Muesli and granola are too small portions and not filling. The vegetarian dinners all look and taste the same. Long term I couldn’t continue to eat them.

You failed to deliver my 2nd food plan…

You failed to deliver my 2nd food plan on 2 occasion
and when it arrived you sent it to the Isle of man instead of to the uk.
Now you want to Penalise me £240 for cancelling because of your inefficiencies

Thank you for your feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with your deliveries and we understand how frustrating this must have been.

While we work closely with DHL to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, delays or delivery errors on their side are unfortunately out of our control. That said, we do everything we can to minimise the risk of any issues and to support our customers as quickly as possible when they arise.

In terms of cancellation, we do operate a cancel any time policy with no cancellation fees. However, as our longer duration plans are offered at a discounted rate, if a plan is ended early we simply ask that the difference between the plan taken and the shorter duration completed is covered. This is outlined in our terms and conditions at the point of sign-up.

We’re sorry again for your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

Good selection of food but some weren't as tasty as they could have been.

Good, easy and tasty dieting.

Great interesting and tasty food. Mix with vegetables or fruit to bulk it up, making enough to keep you not hungry. Good, easy and tasty dieting. My only problem was the cost.

First Impressions.

I like the portion sizes and the easy way you can work out calories. Lots of the meals are too peppery or too hot with chilli. I have only been following the diet for two and a half weeks so early days. I am hoping to work out which recipes I can really enjoy.
