The meals are really tasty and filling

Delivery of the meals was excellent. The food is very tasty and very easy to prepare which saves a lot of time
and effort after a hard day at work and your hungry……..that part for me has worked really well !!!!!

All ordered meals were incorrect it…

All ordered meals were incorrect it took 20 plus minutes to go through the listed meals and make personal selections only for the order to revert back to a pre made plan ...

Exactly what I needed.

I feel like Jane Plan has completely reset my eating habits. I feel so much better and healthier and have lost 6 pounds in 3 weeks. I only have a stone to lose so this was mostly about portion control and new habits for me. It's made a huge difference to my life so I am very grateful. The food is delicious too! I'm very happy, thank you! 😊

So far I've lost 3lbs in two weeks. The variety is really good and the food is so tasty. All in all I am really pleased with the plan, it's easy to stick to.

The meals are good delivery a let down

The meals are good. The delivery was a let down I wasted a day off and delivery never arrived until 2 days later. Jane plan did give me a good will payment but it was still time off wasted.

So far so good

So far so good, I'm half way through the first box. I've enjoyed all the meals so far, which I'm topping up with fruit and veg. No prep is brilliant and only having to decide what to have and heating it is perfect for my current lifestyle. I haven't felt hungry either. No delivery issues but only one box so far which was undamaged and on time,hopefully that continues. I've not weighed in yet as only weighing after each box... But I can feel a difference already in my mindset, I'm not bloated, I have more energy and my trousers were less tight yesterday! So far win, win, win!

Easy orderingEase of ordering

Ease of ordering. Delivery good, although company used are a tad unreliable.
First order so a bit hit and miss with meals.Soups are top class , meals tend to be spicy and peppery
Would like more info on description of meals regarding spices

I cannot use your change menus

I cannot use your change menus. Each time I change the default ones then go on to lunches it reverts back to the one you originally chose for me! Hence when I confirmed it, it was wrong and, as I had taken HOURS picking, when I calmed down I was able to change the plan I was happy with the meals. Good taste and amount of food.

Well planned meals

Well planned meals, I always missed the breakfast and sometimes lunch and stuffed myself at supper time.
Time saving by mostly using the microwave for heating meals.
Have dropped weight from 103.6kg to 98.6 in two weeks. Commenced plan on 26/03/2026. Weigh in each Thursday rather than daily.
Thrilled with results so far.

Subscribing to Jane Plan was easy

Subscribing to Jane Plan was easy. Unfortunately my first package of meals was somewhat delayed, a fault of the courier. Box arrived damaged in one corner resulting in two meals also being damaged and unusable. That aside, all other meals were okay. May I suggest inserting in the box, a sheet of instructions for preparing the packs of porridge and any other meals that don't have instructions printed on the packs. I should add that there is a huge selection of meals, most of which I am enjoying, and good to know I can change some of them in my next month's box.

Varied menu

All the meals I’ve eaten so far have been tasty, enjoyable and with a lot of variety. My delivery was prompt and efficient.

The meals were delicious

The meals were delicious! I did the 8 month plan, I lost my weight and had no problems with my deliveries.
The customer service was exceptional I dealt with Marnie by e.mail and she carried out my request very promptly.
