Brilliant company
This company were absolutely brilliant from start to finish and I would thoroughly recommend them. I made an enquiry about purchasing a parasol base and what delivery time would be to my area. I got a prompt response and ordered it there and then. They Confirmed delivery date and I got an email/message on the day of delivery and a time. It arrived on time and the driver was very helpful as to where I wanted it put. Brilliant service and I am hard to please.

Delivery was excellent with good communications. Chairs are solid and appear well put together. Very good value. I guess the test will be how long they last, but a great start.

Excellent service from delivery driver
Excellent, friendly service from the delivery driver who assembled the table - hadn't realised that was part of the deal. Product as advertised, attractive and very functional.

Chairs are great
Chairs are great! Delivery was well notified and because we weren't at home we asked delivery driver to put them in our garden which he did so neatly round the table!!

Bought a 3 seater bench as a memorial for my partner of 43 years. Super impressed with the quality, communication and delivery service. Very happy to sit on this bench and think about happy times. Highly recommend.

Excellent quality
Excellent quality. Head and shoulders above the products I saw elsewhere and reasonably priced. Delivery was easy, I was told I may have to assist with carrying the item into position but it wasn't needed. The driver assembled the table and unpacked the chairs quickly and efficiently. He told me he got a lot of good feedback from returning customers about the quality and that Jati could supply replacement parts if they broke over time, meaning the furniture could last for many years - the furniture was an investment so very pleased to hear it should last me. My mum also has some of their furniture and it's still like new even after 10 years. Would recommend.

Beautiful teak banana bench that looks lovely in my garden. I'm really pleased with the quality of the product. I also bought the seat cushion to go with it and that too was good quality. Delivery was on schedule and delivery driver was great although I didnt get his name.

Delighted with our purchase and the customer service. The steamer chairs are solid and attractive. However, one of the wheels seemed to be missing a nut resulting in a wheel falling off on first use. Within 24 hrs of contacting customer service, they had sorted out the issue and sent out a replacement. Very happy customer and shall return for future buys.

Superb product and service
We did a lot of research before choosing Jati for our new garden bench and I can honestly say we are completely delighted with it. So much better than we expected. The communication with the company was excellent, from initial conversations and updates, right down to the guys delivering it. I would confidently recommend them and we would certainly use them again without hesitation.

Excellent all round
Sometimes you come across a gem. We are lucky to live near the showroom. We were made very welcome and looked after. The range and prices were very good. Delivery was on time, and care and helpfullness meant it was delivered where we wanted with respect for property. Oh! And the bench is exactly what we were looking for. Fantastic product and service from Jati. The tables are excellent quality and we are genuinely delighted with them.
Special mention to your delivery person, who I think was Anthony, who was polite, professional and very helpful throughout. He assembled the tables and removed all the packaging, which made everything very easy for us.
It was so refreshing to experience such reliable, high-quality service when that can’t always be assumed these days. We’re extremely pleased and very grateful.

I have purchased twice from Jati and…
I have purchased twice from Jati and both times the quality of the product and the delivery have been excellent. The company keeps you informed of delivery dates/times etc and their drivers are helpful. The items purchased are well wrapped and although not cheap are worth every penny, the quality is superb.
