Ordered a brown internal door from…
Ordered a brown internal door from Robert Dyas to be supplied by JB Kind.
I received a pine door, which took 2 weeks of constant hassling for the incorrect door to be collected, and I still have not received the correct door...
"We can't send the correct door until we receive the wrong one"...
so 1 they can't get the order correct
2 they send out 2x 7.5 ton lorries, one to collect and one to deliver the correct door, which I have to wait a future week for
Let's hope they send the correct door this time

We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive the wrong product and then face delays in having it collected and the correct one delivered. Our policy requires the incorrect item to be returned before dispatching the replacement, but we acknowledge that this caused an unnecessary inconvenience in your case.
Regarding the logistics, we strive to optimise our deliveries and collections, but we regret that this resulted in multiple lorry visits and a further delay. Please be rest assured that we are working with Robert Dyas to streamline these processes and prevent similar issues in the future.
