Delivery arrived today, lovely delivery driver Amy got the accoustic panels to my front door which I then took into the house.
I received plenty of updates via text and email, and I'm very satisfied with the service received.

Delivery tracking link = really good!
The delivery tracking link was extremely useful to see exact location and arrival time while we had loads of other things going on. Delivery wasn’t quite on time but the map allowed us to get a pretty accurate idea so we could get on with other work.

Delivery arrived in good time
Delivery arrived in good time, well within delivery schedule. Doors were well packaged an appear to be in good condition. However, the delivery driver refused to help bringing doors into the house. To get the doors inside I had to negotiate three steps up to the front door and then an immediate right turn into the house. This would have been so much easier with a little help.

Our drivers are contracted to deliver to kerbside only, which means they are not able to deliver products to the inside of a property. We do try and advertise this where possible so that customers know what to expect upon arrival, as well as stipulating this information within the SMS/e-mail communication that is issued prior to delivery.
